Seems like they don't understand how a business should operate correctly. If your website states your business closes at 9pm but at the store it shows a sign stating the closing at 8pm, this would create confusion. Try to correlate the change. Also, when ppl call their order for pick up then let us know that we can come in to pick up despite the sign stating the closing time. This is THE place to go for excellent Vietnamese food! Big place; good for parties; family get-togethers; or just hanging out with your BFFs. It gets busy, so try them during odd hours so you can have some peaceful eating; unless you don't mind the chatter around you. No one is obnoxious anyway! Great ambiance. This place took over after the old Big Boy's Hamburgers closed down. I was sad Big Boy's closed, but it wasn't Pho Ha Plus' fault. The interior was renovated and it is looking trendy! I've tried their lettuce wrap; so delicious and you get a lot! All their Phos are awesome, too. Gigantic bowls for one order! Their vermicelli bowls is another whopper of a serving! So, if you're budget conscious, well, you just order 2 entrees and it can feed at least 4-5 people, who are not gluttons, mind you! :-) After all, eating is about sharing pleasure, right? So dig in! This is the 2nd time we went to this place. We wanted to taste the Bone marrow soup. The first time we went there, on a Saturday at 2 pm. They dont serve the pho bone marrow until 5 pm. If you look at their menu it is under their specialty menu but it's not available. So today before we went there I called to make sure. They said they will be serving it at 5 pm. We got there around 4:55 and when we got there and started to place the order, they said it's all gone. How can it be all gone and it's not even 5 pm. Dont say that its served eat 5 pm and yet they were serving before 5 pm. The reason why we know it because we decided to leave and saw customers already having it. This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant! I've been coming here for about 2 years. Everything I have ordered tastes great! My favorite dish is the vegetable pho with chicken broth and egg noodles and also the beef spring rolls. I also enjoy the lemon soda. DELICIOUS! The staff here is AMAZING! They are always friendly and their service is on point. The restaurant is clean. I try to get here by 11:30am so, there's no wait. When Bob's Big Boy closed, I always wondered what would open next and a couple months later, Pho Ha opened. LOCATION-its in the plaza where Hannam Chain market is. There is a lot of parking spaces but it seems to fill up since there are lots of other businesses in the plaza. SERVICE-its a hit or a miss with this place. Not that the service is bad but sometimes I would have to flag down a server to ask for more water or sometimes, they are very attentive. I think it depends on what time of day you go. SHRIMP AND PORK SPRING ROLLS-you cant go wrong with this. I wish the peanut sauce was creamier but oh well. Its still very good. Its fresh. What more could you ask for? PORK AND EGG ROLL VERMICELLI-my go to when I don't want something hot. I love how there is a lot of lettuce and their fish sauce is on point. So flavorful and healthy! Came here to eat on New Year's Day. What a way to start the year. I always wanted to try this place out since it opened. Came here with family and was sorely disappointed with the food and service. I gave this place a 2 star because the pho was okay with the meat being mediocre. The only saving grace, maybe, of the pho was that regular had a very generous amount of pho. But other people that have eaten here told me it was a bit odd that regular size got more than usual, so not sure if that's changed. The spring rolls are very dry on its own. Definitely use the sauce, but even then, I felt the sauce wasn't at its best either. The thai milk tea was maybe the only redeeming thing of the meal. Besides the meal itself, I felt the service was very lacking. We had to wait a bit for a server to come take our order, even when the restaurant was half empty. One of the servers even noticed that we needed something but just batted an eye and went on doing something else. I was really hoping this place would be awesome, since I live near it. We were in town for a sports tournament and stopped here for dinner. This was the best pho I've ever had. The broth was amazing and the meats were so tender and perfectly seasoned. The portion size was big enough to be another meal today. The service was so friendly even though we came in closer to closing. Every table was taken as well. Clearly it's a popular place. This review is for their take-out: After a recommendation from a friend, I ordered #16 - shrimp with rice noodle soup. Over the phone I asked for it to be glass noodles but I don't think the waiter properly heard me and I ended up getting rice noodles. Regardless, this soup was DELICIOUS. I was sick at the time and the broth was so soothing, not too oily and simultaneously very very flavorful. There were also plenty of vegetables in the broth (bok choy, carrots, brussel sprouts...are brussel sprouts a vegetable? maybe not). I don't remember all of the vegetables because I ate it so fast. Tip: when you order take-out, you can only get one size for their soup noodles, which they call "extra large". It was definitely more than enough food for me. It took maybe about 10 minutes for my food to be ready, so it was very quick! While I didn't dine in, I looked around the restaurant and there is plenty of seating. Pre Pandemic use to come here all the time for lunch during work and dinner after work. Recently went here couple of times for to-go and the final straw was dine-in. Firstly our to-go orders was always missing items after times we just decided to dine-in. If we had read the other reviews that dine is was horrible service and extremely long waiting times for your food. We wouldn't have even dared to dine-in. Our dine-in experience was absolutely horrible. Other than being greeted promptly and seated pretty fast. It was bad from that point on. We ordered as soon as we were seated because my wife and I knew what we wanted. I normally get the house Pho regular. Wife normally gets regular Pho with tripe and flank steak. Took forever for the food to come out which normally Pho is super fast to come out before. We had to ask our server 3 times over the course of waiting a little over an hour. After seeing other tables get their Pho before us even though we were seated before them and ordered promptly. We contemplated just leaving and getting dinner some where else. As we were planning to leave we see the server come over with our Pho bowls. To our surprise they didn't have tripe in my house special to find out they no longer have that. But instead of letting us know we found out that the N/A means it is nor priced or Not Available. Why have it on the menu as an option if you don't have it. This used to pretty good compare to the other Vietnamese restaurants around here but it has lost its service and food quality. Maybe it's different owner not sure but it's changed. First of all they are out of food choices on there menu so not much to choose from and when we ordered the combination pho it only came with meat nothing else. The person in charge of sitting people is also in charge of clearing tables they are very slow and take their time. Pho Ha Plus fills the niche of high-end pho, an oxymoron if you will. It must be the prettiest pho restaurant that The Wannabe Ramen Snob has set foot in. They took over Bob's Big Boy, and remodeled extensively with modern style and they add cultural touches. Tasteful Vietnamese vistas decorate the walls, but do not obnoxiously dominate the surroundings. The restaurant has wooden floors and panelling along with a half dozen flat screens to ensure you won't miss Jeopardy. The place is enormous, probably one of the largest pho restaurants in the area. You won't have problems getting seated. The menu offerings are extensive, but I started with my benchmarks: pho and vermicelli. Portions are large and the quality is obvious. I have yet to visit a Vietnamese restaurant that truly offers unique pho or dishes, so what distinguishes them is the environment, cleanliness, and value. The latter may be this restaurant's weakness, as a bowl of soup may easily set you back $10+. Surely, I will be back to ferret out their menu. read more

Today We went to go try it out. Nice, clean modern open interior greeted us by friendly staff. The staff were quick to take order & food came out quickly as well. Spring roll was neatly roll with fresh veggie, noodle, pork & shrimp in pretty plating. I was glad they gave us two extra empty plate for eating the rolls. I've come here a few times with my family. I've tried a few things like their bun, pho, pad thai, and some other dishes. I would say their dishes are a hit or miss for me. Their pho is just ok. I've had better pho for cheaper. And I'd also pay more for better quality. Surprisingly, I actually like their pad thai which is weird because its not a Vietnamese dish. It can be a little too sweet or too "ketchupy" but edible. The service is quite crap too, but they are usually always packed when I go so that could be the reason why or servers aren't aware. The Fresh Rolls are stuffed with good shrimp, the Egg Rolls are fried right, and the deep fried Bean Curd is fun, just make sure you like shrimp/fish cakes before you try. The Pho is pretty textbook. Beefy broth hits the spot, though the brisket and steak are a bit tough. A balanced bowl, though not a memorable one. Bun with Chargrilled Pork is a safe bet. The pork is tender and thin, and the vermicelli is a great texture. Not winning any awards, but Pho Ha Plus doesn't have any minuses. If you're craving pho, it's not a bad place to go. read more

Really appreciated that but it was funny how we were asked the same question just after another server just asked it. Pho is always good on rainy days so my family decided to try this place out. I usually order the Pho Dac Biet because it has some many toppings of beef and there's a bigger bowl. The pho was good, but it was on par with the other pho dishes that I've tried. There wasn't anything special about it. The only thing that was interesting was the Bone Marrow Soup. For my first time trying bone marrow, it was quite an experience. The meat just fell off the bone and the actual marrow was soft and tender. I would rate the Bone Marrow Soup as a definite try as a side dish to one of the phos. If you're just looking for quick pho, then I guess this place would be the place to go. Pretty large bowls filled almost to the brim with soup. Flavor itself was pretty good and not overly salty. I asked for a side of vinegar onions which was a perfect side to my bowl of pho. Service sucks!! We've been there several times I don't judge restaurants just on one visit. Everyone has a bad day. I've been going here for about a year once a month average. But these past three visits have been bad to worse. Some waiters don't write ones order down so by the time you receive it, it's wrong not just one time but twice. Today we ordered before other costumers, and they were all being served before us. Is this a race issue? We were the only non Asians there.
