First time having Pho Don and ordered on Uber Eats. It's always a good sign when the ratings on Google and Yelp agree with the Uber Eats. The food was fresh and warm. The meats were well flavored and paired well with the veggies and carbs. The fish sauce always adds a nice touch. Would love to dine in sometime!

The shrimp egg rolls were awesome. Perfectly crispy. We both got tofu Bah Mis. Which is one of my favorite foods. Or was excellent and filling. They put tons of veggies on it too. We also got avocado shakes that were bangin. I got a Vietnamese coffee which wasn't as sweet as most places make it. That was a plus to me.

Unassuming neighborhood eatery. Place your order at the counter and find a seat. The restaurant is clean and tidy. Good is very good. Pho broth is delicious, and accompanying sauces are flavorful. Portions are generous. Vietnamese iced coffee was sweet and flavorful.

I've been dining at Pho Don since they opened in 2018. This place is a hidden gem; in a neighborhood that lacks diversity and doesn't have many dine in options. Pho Don offers Authentic style Vietnamese dishes. I usually go for the Steak and Flank Pho which is super fulfilling. I've eaten from a significant number of Pho restaurants and this place beats most. The broth definitely matters! The crispy chicken rolls are also a must try. The Vietnamese Shrimp hoagie is different but very satisfying. I like to wash my meal down with a cup of fresh pineapple juice The restaurant itself is always clean, well lit and the owners are super sweet and accommodating. It's self seating if you manage to grab a table. On Friday's it gets busy with the staff from the neighboring hospital. Definitely worth a try if your ever in the area.

They are just ok. Right behind Temple hospital and at 530-6p pretty much the only place with lights on the block. The service was fast. I ordered online and ready 15 minutes. The food: Noodles firm, not squishy. That is a plus. The shrimp egg roll vermicelli was WOW (pictured below). Lemonade ($5.50) and young coconut just ($5.50) delicious, treat yourself. However the Pho. We had chicken and shrimp. The chicken had 0 flavor. Other chicken Pho usually grilled to give something. This no flavor. The shrimp (9) were not seasoned either. Perhaps they bet on the broth to make flavor? 6/9 of the shrimp should've been cleaned better. Deveining wise. The broth was not as deep and flavorful as we hoped. Just kinda ok. Too many other places to try, I wouldn't return. But if thirsty and wanted to treat myself-- drinks on point.

This place is insane the flavors of vietnam intermingle With delight here as you savor the sweet beer pho and the soft piano play in the background! The a ala carte Menu offers any coMbination you can think of ! Do you aren't limited to just the broken rIce platters or the soup I like that a lot ! The staff are pleasant and very attentive to anyone who comes in. They fed a homeless man first time I was here I thought that was a rare qualtity to see nOw a days but great to see in an establishment so close to home! I give them 5 stars if you are shopping in Germantown stop by this place ! It won't disappoint

The biggest surprise was the tái (eye-round steak), yet still retaining that pleasantly chewy texture of undercooked beef; the gầu (fat brisket) was thick and crisp, fragrant but not greasy--who would have thought I'd find brisket fat here? This showed the restaurant's precise control over the broth temperature and the thickness of the beef. Almost all phở restaurants claim to offer authentic raw beef or various cuts of beef, but very few can truly make customers feel the difference. The restaurant's decor is simple but spacious and clean; the service is average, but very efficient. Efficiency is essential for phở, otherwise the beef would be overcooked in the hot broth. After all, the essence of a restaurant is food, and for such affordable ones, it's gratifying to see them spend most of their costs on the food itself.

They have great meats. Their hearty Buns will blow your mind: as noted, the House Special is practically enough for two people. You'll also see many people eating the Prime Rib Pho which is quite different. to me it looks a bit unwieldly (much prefer meats cut into the broth). Their Bún Riêu, Duck Soup (served with a unique ginger sauce and bamboo shoots) and Bún bò Huế all hit the mark. Pho Today gives you two choices for the classic Fish In Pottery Pot, bone-off and bone-on. Many Vietnamese restaurants don't carry this anymore. One thing I should tell y'all is that, when you order your meal, ask for the homemade chilli oil.....they won't give it to you unless you ask: it's made with garlic and is really special. If I were to nitpick I'd suggest upping the ante on the spring rolls which are more of a footnote here. I much prefer the larger spring rolls, cut into 4 sections served with basil, veggies and lettuce for wrapping. But, yea, this place does a really good job and seems to be the go-to for both Vietnamese food and serious eaters.
