The previous owner was absolutely on it when it came to customer care and building a predictably wonderful customer experience. Used to be our favorite spot and our office team were weekly customers. Pretty good food. Its about par for the course. If you get some of the teas/boba: Just watch the jellies, or fruit+milk tea as they do run a bit sweet. Your milk tea or smoothie with tapioca pearls (or not) should be just fine. :) read more

My wife and I have been regular customers here for over a year now and we cannot recommend this place enough! We go here at least twice a month and cannot get enough of the custom pho! The pho broth is decadent and layered with tons of beefy, fatty flavor! The owner Kevin is absolutely fantastic and makes it his point to talk to all of his customers. If pho isn't your thing then they have excellent options for everyone, my niece recently went and got a beef dish that was amazing!(sorry I can't remember the name of it). We have always like the food here and have had good service but tonight I called and called their phone number for Togo that is listed on FB, Google and yelp. Went straight to voicemail. Kept saying the numbers mail box was full. Tried to order on there system on both yelp and google and said the business couldn't accept orders. Finally drove 20 minutes over there because my husband wanted their food and he is ill. Got there and I asked about the phone, guy at the counter gets another girl, assume she's a manager and she says I guess it got turned off. Told her my issue and she never said oh, sorry about that or even acknowledge it was an issue. Then said Togo orders were 45 minutes, how you couldn't place an order. Very poor customer service!! This was unexpectedly wonderful. My sister and I both ordered the shrimp pho and shared some egg rolls. All was wonderful and plentiful. Atmosphere was pleasant, service was attentive, and I spoke to another customer who said he had discovered the restaurant recently and had tried multiple things on the menu and all were fabulous. I went to dine in when they opened today and I was immediately greeted and seated at a booth. The waiter (I believe his name was Ryan) was super helpful and polite! He helped me decide on getting their specialty pho and I also got a thai tea snow. He brought out water, utensils and pho fixings first. They also have every condiment you may need at every table! The cooks let me know that it would be a ten minute wait since they had just opened and wanted the broth to be perfect, I didn't mind that at all and really appreciated how nice and communicative everyone was! The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, it was very beautiful and clean! I highly recommend dining here! The pho and drink were absolutely delicious, I left full and happy! If I ever find myself back in Lubbock I will definitely be going again! read more

Excellent! I like clean natural unprocessed food with lots of herbs and vegetables. I ordered the pho with beef, and it was DELICIOUS and AUTHENTIC. I am still dreaming of their soup broth, it was so good. We will stop here again for the same thing next time we are passing through. The ambiance and service were pleasant. We stopped here on our road trip heading back to Houston and was a great place. We got there with a party of 17 an hour before closing. The staff was amazing and our food came out quickly, hot and fresh. Everything tasted great. We had a little chat with the staff and other and everyone was welcoming and nice. Food is decent, not terrible but not amazing. I would come here more, and actually like this place, however, when I was in the other day I noticed a very angry small man yelling at all his staff!! His attitude towards the people that HELP KEEP THE BUSINESS OPEN, is disgusting!! One of the staff members was trying to explain something to him and he verbatim said "shut up before I send you home early". Very very saddening to hear how disgusting he is to his employees! Will not be coming back here strictly because of his attitude and I advise anyone who is eating there to tip the workers extra so they can finally quit and seek somewhere else! Food is 4 star quality but the owners attitude makes the entire place 1 star. read more
