My favorite pho ever! Bun Bo hue is my cure for any sickness. It's truly warms my heart everytime I eat from here. I like it extra spicy!

Hidden gem that I've been looking for. So many different options for Pho and rice dishes. Looking forward to trying so much more of their dishes. Whether you're looking for bahn mi, pho, or something with rice, there's something for everyone.

We came in as a group of 5 during what seemed to be a busy time (I had to park at the farther side of the parking lot because it was getting pretty filled). Food was tasty! I especially liked the crispiness of the spring rolls and the pho was very filling. I definitely would go back again, but there are some things I would improve upon. During that busy time, I felt like we were forgotten about. The staff was friendly, but they forgot to fill up our waters and also forgot parts of our orders. Eventually, we got everything, but it took a lot longer and more reminders than I would want to give.

I think I've found my go to Vietnamese restaurant. The place is a bit far from home, but the places I used to frequent have become quite mediocre. This place is no frills, we were seated quickly and presented right away with tea. We started off with the shrimp summer rolls, which could have used some cucumber or extra ingredients but they were fine. The seafood pho was loaded with seafood (probably frozen, but that was okay). Everything came out super quickly and we left full and happy.

Coming here for early dinner; ordered a beef pho and two summer rolls. I like this restaurant because the quality of dishes has its consistency, taste as you expected as it should be. When I crave for pho or want something soupy for my stomach, I come here.

Crispy spring rolls served with lettuce and herbs to wrap and dip in yummy fish sauce based dip! Not to be missed.

The food was hot, fresh, affordable and delicious! If i lived locally I would certainly be a regular customer!

Located in a strip mall. Ample parking. Service is not rushed at all. We actually stayed a little past closing and didn't realize it, but they were so polite and didn't say a word! Credit cards accepted.

This place is so good. The food is amazing and authentic. The Crispy Spring Rolls are perfectly crisp and the Pho broth is clean and flavorful. The owners don't speak English well, but are friendly. The interior is comfy and clean. I enjoy getting their extra large bowl of Pho and just chatting with friends. I'm glad I was recommended this place.

If you are in the South Amboy area and craving Vietnamese food, please stop by Pho Da Nang. It's a family run restaurant and in recent years, we all know how important it is to support local business! Came by here one evening with my family. They have plenty of seats for indoor dining. There were a good amount of people dining in for the dinner crowd. I must say that the staff was still attentive and quick to serve food. Noticed others brought their own bottles of wine. Found out this place is BYOB, which is always a plus in my book. We ordered a variety of different foods to share and sample. Appetizers - summer rolls and spring rolls were both very good. Spring rolls were crispy and fried to perfection. Beef banhmi was more filling than expected and the beef was very flavorful. Highly recommend all of them. Pho - I forgot which number I ordered but it was good. I feel like it might've been #11 because I do recall it having beef and tripe in it. It wasn't piping hot as I expected, but it was still pretty good nonetheless. Bo luc lac - beef was well marinated and tender. Wasn't over cooked. Can't go wrong with this and white rice. My family enjoyed their vermicelli dishes. I didn't get to taste it but I can assume they were good. If you love Vietnamese coffee, please order one for yourself. They personally drip their coffee so it's fresh (and strong, just how I like it!). They offer bubble tea as well, but I didn't get a chance to try it. Btw, there's plenty of parking since it is located in a strip. It is located right off route 9 so it is conveniently accessible. Overall, very good experience dining here. I recommend 4.5/5 simply bc I feel like I need to try more of their food since their menu is sooo extensive. Would definitely dine again if I have time when I visit NJ again.

I'm never disappointed when i have a meal here. Everything is always delicious and fresh. I do miss their family style meal combo but we just order everything separately. Service was good even when its packed and the inside is always clean. I usually get Pho and an avocado shake. We also ordered the spring rolls which are always fresh and hot. This place is definitely my favorite Vietnamese spot in the area. Check them out!

Special beef pho combo: The pho was cooked to perfection where it was not falling apart or overcooked. The beef and beef balls were cooked well along with the beef tripe. The soup base was well seasoned and did not need any extra sauces for this bowl of pho. Prices: The prices here are decent and not overpriced like some other Viet restaurants in New Jersey. The standout twist? You can add bone marrow on the side, which takes the soup to another level--luxurious, savory, and perfect for stirring into the broth for extra depth. A must for pho lovers who appreciate a little indulgence. For appetizers, the sticky rice dish was excellent--crispy on the outside, soft and comforting inside, and well-balanced with sauce and texture. Simple, satisfying, and done right. Our waitress took our order without writing anything down, and that carelessness quickly showed. We specifically asked for the bean sprouts to be cooked because we were dining with a toddler, but that request was forgotten. We also ordered a smoothie that never arrived. At first we let it go, assuming that if it never came out, it probably wouldn't appear on the bill. Unfortunately, it did, so we had to ask for it to be removed. The billing correction was then handled in a confusing way. We were given two separate receipts: one showing the full amount with a 3% credit card fee added, and another showing the smoothie being deducted as a separate transaction. It wasn't immediately clear how the two receipts were meant to be read together, especially since one of the totals appeared higher than the original bill. To be clear, the 3% charge itself wasn't really the issue. The problem was that while correcting their own mistake, no one took a moment to explain what was happening or offer even a simple apology for the confusion - or for the missed order, for that matter. That was really the theme of the entire experience: forgetfulness, confusion, and a complete lack of acknowledgment. No one said "sorry for the confusion," no one said "that was our mistake," and when we left, no one acknowledged us or thanked us for coming. Mistakes happen. But a little attentiveness and basic courtesy go a long way. Here, though, there was no real effort to *smoothie* things over .

The entrée was very tasty for its spice, but also had a slight tangy sweetness to it. Desert was conveniently packaged as ready to be taken to go, regardless of actual intention.
