Make your own Pho with brisket, rare steak & tripe - delicious, good broth.

Had V8-spicy beef noodles soup/bun bo hue & custom pho with rare steak, brisket & tripe, A8-fried chicken dumplings. Both soups had very good tasty flavor & large portions. Dumplings are crispy on outside, filled well. Easy parking in strip mall. Slow service as only 1 person handling everything outside the kitchen. Decor is dark. Recommend.

Very yummy pho, hot and fresh. The broth is very flavorful and the meat is good quality. Service is efficient and attentive, and the inside is warm and bright even later at night. Conveniently located across the parking lot from a shopping plaza, so a perfect place to sit down before or after shopping and enjoy good food!

I am so glad Pho & Baguette has filled the void of Vietnamese food in the East Brunswick area. I've only ordered take out from here via Grubhub- I love to treat myself on my weekdays off with good food within the comfort of my home. Each delivery has been so convenient. Definitely my favorite place to order from. The broth from their pho is packaged in a separate container from their noodles. They do provide a baggy with fresh bean sprouts and basil. Banh mi's have been excellent as well with ample stuffing. Favs: +Bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup) - contains a richer, spicier broth than their traditional pho. Found under their vermicelli section of the menu. +Lemon grass beef banh mi +Banh mi special 1 - includes ham, balogna, roast pork +Combination vermicelli V1

It's a clean place. Very cute inside. The sandwich were great. Ordered grilled chicken sandwich - wish the chicken was fresh cooked. But still taste nice. The pho had too much noodles - like way too much. Which it had more broth than noodles. But it taste good. Portion of meat was great, it felt dry because of lack of enough broth. If you go ask for less noodles and more broth. You'd not be sacrificing on amount of noodles.

The first impression of this place was "bright" and "clean" Simple decor and table display. We ordered beef pho and the pork clear vermicelli The service was pretty fast and friendly. However, we didn't finish the soup, as it was a little bit on the salty side. Overall it's a nice place for quick lunch and Vietnamese French baguettes.

I took my niece to Pho and Baguette for dinner after Urban Air, and the service was so quick and friendly! She ordered the mango passion fruit spritzer, which looked like a mango passion fruit puree with Sprite. We ordered the shrimp rolls for an appetizer and a regular shrimp pho (not on the menu officially but they were so nice and accommodating). I'm glad we only ordered regular because it was plenty of food for the two of us. I added some hoisin and sriracha to my broth as I always do with pho, and the broth was so flavorful. There were at least 6 pieces of large shrimp in the pho as well. The ambiance is meant more for takeout than eating in- the music was very low and it was quiet inside, with minimal decor.

This place is small and cute and the food is great! I ordered the pho with brisket and the broth was amazing. I felt like i didnt need to drown it with oyster sauce and sriracha. Service was fine, there was only one person taking orders serving food and cleaning up. The place is very clean though. If youre having a pho craving, this is def the spot to grab a quick bite!

Confusing place. 1 star. Sushi at a Pho spot was odd. Took too long to put broth on noodles.

Banh xeo was crispy and thin. My bf ordered pho, and the broth was not as flavorful and was light. Service was fast and our server came every often to check up on us. Our waitress took our order without writing anything down, and that carelessness quickly showed. We specifically asked for the bean sprouts to be cooked because we were dining with a toddler, but that request was forgotten. We also ordered a smoothie that never arrived. At first we let it go, assuming that if it never came out, it probably wouldn't appear on the bill. Unfortunately, it did, so we had to ask for it to be removed. The billing correction was then handled in a confusing way. We were given two separate receipts: one showing the full amount with a 3% credit card fee added, and another showing the smoothie being deducted as a separate transaction. It wasn't immediately clear how the two receipts were meant to be read together, especially since one of the totals appeared higher than the original bill. To be clear, the 3% charge itself wasn't really the issue. The problem was that while correcting their own mistake, no one took a moment to explain what was happening or offer even a simple apology for the confusion - or for the missed order, for that matter. That was really the theme of the entire experience: forgetfulness, confusion, and a complete lack of acknowledgment. No one said "sorry for the confusion," no one said "that was our mistake," and when we left, no one acknowledged us or thanked us for coming. Mistakes happen. But a little attentiveness and basic courtesy go a long way. Here, though, there was no real effort to *smoothie* things over .

Everyone must try the Saigon special sandwich. I'm a foodie and a picky eater, I can tell from the ingredients of the sandwich that this restaurant genuinely demonstrates craftsmanship in how they prepare their food! Saigon special sandwich is the MUST ORDER! I highly recommend it! The curry beef over rice(I forgot the name) was great as well. Mango pudding is not good, it is heavily artificial flavored, avoid it if could.

Parking can be a bit tricky given its location near a major road, but there is metered parking right out front. One thing I really appreciated was the thoughtful packaging. Instead of wrapping everything in paper/foil (which traps steam and softens the bread), they use takeaway containers that keep the banh mi bread crispy and intact. The portions are generous! I don't think I've ever had a bahn mi with so much protein! I personally asked for extra cilantro on some of the sandwiches which is why the cilantro looks so obnoxious in the pictures. Everything was solid and satisfying! The lemongrass chicken bahn mi stood out with its aromatic flavor. The Saigon special bahn mi though, could've used a bit more presence from the mayo and pate to enhance the flavors. Sounds weird, but surprisingly, the sardines in tomato sauce bahn mi was better than it sounds. It was savory and definitely worth trying if you're feeling adventurous. The summer rolls were fresh, clean, and a great complement to the sandwiches. My only note: I wish the pickled carrots and radish had a bit more tang. They leaned mild rather than punchy. Overall, a reliable spot with thoughtful touches and flavorful options. I'd come back again.

Inside, the decor is beautiful and polished with Vietnamese straw hats and taxi bikes. There's plenty of tables and only few customers. We were quickly greeted by two staff by the door and got seated with menus. I noticed the karaoke stand and stage, but there was no one singing at the time so they must have karaoke on certain occasions or time. We looked at the menu and it looked pretty impressive. When we were ready to order, no staff are around. Five minutes later, our waitress showed up and took our orders. For appetizers, we had the mini crepes and my entree, vermicelli special which included grilled pork and shrimps and a spring roll. The crepes were a bit undercooked and it's not as crispy as it should be. I was also a bit disappointed with my entree. The vermicelli noodles were overcooked so the noodles were broken into smaller strands. The fish sauce was pretty bland. I really wanted to like this place but sadly it was a letdown. I would rate this really 2.5 stars but our waitress was nice so feeling generous here with 3 stars. I'm not sure if we will ever come back. My husband was also disappointed with his entree. We have our fair share of Vietnamese food so we know good authentic cooks when we try a dish. I guess it was also a tale tell sign when the restaurant didn't have much customers on Valentine's Day.
