So i tried this place for the first time yesterday. Im giving it two stars for two reasons. This is the first time ive been to a thai restaurant where you pay for everything separate. And im referring to the protein I ordered drunken noodles and im guessing you are only getting noodles and vegetables unless you pay for something else. That confused me i thought i get an option of protein coming with the meal and i know that additions are extra no problem. The issue with the food was that i ordered it medium spicy but all i got was the burn Not bad i was able to tolerate it but it lacked flavor You eat it and get the burn that is pretty good but thats all you feel and taste. The food had little to no flavor Definately missing some ingredients . I like the heat but its pointless without flavor. Would not repeat. This place was better when it used to be THAI HOUSE ROCKS.

I highly recommend this place! It is our first time at this place and I was truly impressed by how they deal with the customers and the place is clean and for us that really matters. The food is so delicious! When they say spicy, it is legit Thai spicy but you can request a little mild but it's was still too spicy for me, I still LOVE IT! It is nice to see family doing it together when it comes to their business cause it gives off a homey vibe. They are very professional, friendly and accommodating. Their lovely daughter helps out too & kudos to the cute decorations on our plates. Come and visit Thai Village, no need to wait to go to Thailand they are serving legit Thai Food. We are definitely coming back!

I ordered my standard pad Thai with shrimp and friend got the garlic beef with veggies and brown rice. Both were delicious, although not spicy... we had requested a 2 and a 3 out of four. Would rather have it less spicy than overheated, but definitely added more chilis ourselves. Reasonably priced especially for the portions! Would definitely recommend and return!

Normally, I'm not a big fan of steamed dumplings, so I was a little disappointed at first. However, the flavor was excellent and definitely exceeded my expectations, so I can't complain too much about the mix-up. The real star of the meal was the Yellow Curry Crispy Duck. Absolutely amazing! The duck was cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the curry had incredible flavor. I ordered it with spice level 1, which was just right for me and allowed all of the flavors to shine through. My only real complaint is the portioning of the rice. While the half crispy duck portion was quite generous, the amount of rice provided didn't seem to match the amount of meat. For the price I paid, I feel like the rice portion should automatically be adjusted to complement the entrée. Having to request extra rice just doesn't make much sense when there's plenty of duck left over. I'm usually not picky about things like this, but considering the cost of the meal, I expected a little better balance. Other than that, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant itself is a small hole-in-the-wall spot with a cozy, authentic feel. It's the kind of place that locals seem to know and enjoy. I actually discovered it while heading to a Mexican restaurant with some coworkers and decided to give it a try because I'm a big fan of Thai food. Overall, I'm glad I did. The food quality was excellent, the flavors felt authentic, and the crispy duck alone is worth coming back for. Despite a couple of minor issues, I would definitely recommend giving this place a try. If you enjoy authentic Thai cuisine, you'll likely leave satisfied. Authentic taste and quality ingredients--everyone should give it a try!

This restaurant is located in a small group of street lined businesses, with parking along the street. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating on their patio. It was a chilly day, so we opted to sit inside. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive our entire visit. We ordered the Pad Garlic and Pad King lunch specials, both with chicken and hot spice level. The lunch specials come with a salad dressed with a sweet dressing. Our food was out in record time and was piping hot, so it's definitely a spot if you are in a time crunch- hello power lunch! We both thought our dishes were packed with flavor and although they had heat, we could have went with Thai Spicy. If we were local, this would definitely be our go-to spot!

1 Star - Absolute Rip-Off. Check Your Bag Before You Leave…read more I'd give them zero stars if I could. I ordered a large Tom Kha soup with both shrimp and chicken for pickup, and apparently, "large" means "half-empty" in their kitchen. To make matters worse, they completely forgot the chicken. I paid full price for a premium, multi-protein soup and ended up with a container of half-filled broth and a couple of sad shrimp. Charging customers full price for missing ingredients and cutting corners on portion sizes is a blatant rip-off. If you're going to order from Tasty Thai, bring a measuring cup, a magnifying glass, and check your food at the counter before you walk out. Absolutely ridiculous.

All the classics are there. My bestie took me here because I was visiting and it's her favorite Thai place in the area. I had to agree. My panang curry was spot on and even better the next day as leftovers. Calamari was perfectly crispy. My Thai tea was just perfect. Everything looked and tasted awesome. No complaints at all. The bathroom was super clean and smelled like a day spa. Very relaxing and comfortable. Not at all what I expected from a restaurant bathroom. But that goes into all the details that this place has thought of. HIGHLY recommend this to anyone. They have different protein options, so if you want to go for plant-based you can. The food was very delicious and well worth it. You will find something you like here. Staff is very knowledgeable with the menu, so feel free to ask for suggestions.

We are here on a Tuesday night as part of Restaurant Week. We both ordered off the prix fixe menu…read more The restaurant has a minimalist feel and quite spacious. There's a backroom that could be used for parties or overflow. Ample parking nearby. The food was just not up to par. Nearly any other Thai restaurant has better food and I'm not judging it against the best ones. While both appetizers were good- Crab Ragoon and Thai Shumai - we both ordered the Pad Thai, my friend with shrimp and I ordered chicken. The main taste was of ketchup and the teh dish had a sort of dark and musky flavor. Now ketchup is used in Asian cooking, but not as the dominant flavor in Pad Thai. And it didn't have that bright flavor you associate with Thai food. In a effort to get a more balanced and less dark flavor, I asked for more limes and peanuts. Nope, didn't really help. While my chicken was appropriately cooked, the shrimp was overcooked and rubbery. We both had the Sticky Mango Rice which had little sauce to marry the rice and the mango. If the food was the only issue, it would have been 3 stars. But the service was simply unprofessional. So let me start out with I understand there were only one other couple eating dinner, insofar as we could see. And we arrived at 7:00. The restaurant closes at 9. It was a Tuesday night. As we ate our main course, the waiter repeatedly tried to clear our entree plates. We were still eating. Rather annoying but they continued to try and take our plates though, again, we were still eating. Then they brought desserts and tried to shove them on the table for two when there was no room since our entree were still there! Assuming we'd never see them again, I suggested we put them on the adjacent table. We left a 8.30, while they were closing up. So heres the deal. You want to close up while we're there and still eating, fine. I really don't have an issue. But trying to grab plates while we're eating and doing it repeatedly and insisting on serving dessert when we are still eating our entrees is simply not professional and appropriate. Another star demerit.
