They literally put the "steak" in a microwave and served it. For a restaurant, I at least expect it to be cooked properly, not like leftovers. I'll find another place for when I'm craving pho, but this place is not it. After seeing that, I'm sure all the meat is just microwaved thinking back to how the chicken tastes that they add for the pho.

I ordered the bún riêu (crab noodle soup). Portion size was good with plenty of toppings, but the broth was bland and lacked depth. The grilled pork bánh mì was flavorful but could've used more meat. Pork egg rolls were decent. Overall, glad I tried it, but I wasn't very impressed. Might've ordered the wrong dish.

Cafe Ti Bo is a Vietnamese restaurant in Edmond, OK that serves a variety of Vietnamese dishes. You…read morehave the traditional appetizers, vermicelli, egg noodle, glass noodle, rice platters, pho, and Vietnamese baguettes. I would recommend to come here for their special dishes such as Bun Cha Ha Noi, Bún Đậu mắm tôm, bún riêu, bánh khot, and bánh cuốn. Bún Chả and Bún Đậu are traditional northern Vietnamese dishes which usually come with grilled meats, vermicelli, vegetables and served with fish sauce. In Bun Cha, use lettuce to wrap these ingredients together whereas Bun Dau typically comes with wraps. I tried the Bun Cha and it was great. The mints at Cafe Ti Bo were super fresh. Bun rieu and bánh cuốn are more readily consumed dishes, no wrap or additional work needed. Bánh khot is like mini "bánh xèo" so if you like bánh xèo then this dish is a good alternative. The prices of these dishes are quite fair, $13-14, with good portion size. The kumquat and coconut juice was good but it did have a distinctive smell of pickled kumquat. The "che ba màu" which was their only dessert was excellent. With so many dishes left to try, Cafe Ti Bo is on my return list.

Highly recommend fried chicken spring rolls as an appetizer! You get three good size rolls. Our last visit my husband ordered the combination lo mein and had leftovers. When he had it a few days later, he said it was even better because the seasoning, sauce set in nicely! A hidden gem in Edmond! HIGHLY recommend!

It was lunch time and the place was empty on a Saturday, I should've taken the hint, It was inedible, tasted super bitter and had an aftertaste of cleaning chemicals. The two literal children running the register just seal the deal, here, they look so sad and bored. The dipping sauce that came with the spring rolls was slightly sweet and salty. Like teriyaki. Great. The chicken pho came with rice noodles. Adding Siracha to it and some soy sauce was absolutely great. The side of rice I ordered for 1.50 was well worth it. I did not like the bean paste on the table. I would like a bigger bowl just more broth but it was really fantastic. A

I thought the summer rolls (wrapped in rice paper) were excellent and that dipping sauce was on point! I'll always get an order of that every time I'm here. The service was top notch and I loved the decor too. It's more of a quick in and out kind of experience which was perfect between running errands. I'll be back! November 2023

It's inviting and so unique and fun! I wore some bright colors for a good contrast in pictures. When you walk in they have a huge menu screen on the wall plus they will give you a laminated menu to hold and look at. They also have pictures of some of the dishes next to the register. As a filet mignon lover I naturally went for the "pho-let". I also ordered the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. I was given a number and found a seat along the wall featuring all the planets. Everywhere you look is something fun and quirky. Even the drink dispenser is only black and white! It was cool to see the well known drink logos in b&w. I also really loved the bowl of pho and drink characters holding hands throughout the place. After a short time the egg rolls arrived at the table with a glistening cheesy sauce on the side. The crunch was amazing and the meat inside was quality! Nicely chopped with a great chew. The sauce had the peppers in it and had a kick of spice as well. Awesome snack! Then the pho arrived and it was glorious! A generous serving of filet lay across the top and the server asks you how's you like it cooked and then pours the broth over top accordingly. I couldn't stop watching as the steaming broth filled the bowl. Perfect for a gloomy day. The first bite was everything I expected and more! Tender filet, perfect noodles, all the accouterments and that broth that was seasoned to perfection. Multiple times my table was checked on and the server even brought out extra goodies like sprouts, basil and limes. I was so content. I couldn't finish the ginormous serving so I grabbed a to go bowl conveniently located near the drink dispenser. I will definitely be back and I will be telling and bringing everyone I know. They had signs out for BOGO deals and specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Thank you Twenty Pho Hour for exceeding my expectations! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.
