I feel like my previous 3 star review of this place is no longer valid. The past few times we have been in the food has been fantastic - no issues with them not being open at posted times lately. Still working my way through the various sizes of Pho. Next time I'm going to get a small one and see if i can eat it all - though i have to say that getting a medium or a large makes for some very tasty leftovers at home the next day. I recommend this place. read more

When we pulled up I was surprised how large this place was, it was in a big log cabin building. The food was delicious and tasted like authentic Pho you would be happy to find in a big city. The service was a bit slow initially, but we came in close to closing time so that's understandable. We got 2 rare steak pho and a couple spring and fries egg roll appetizers. The pho was 10/10, the spring rolls were good but definitely needed the sauce, and the egg roll were not what we expected but still quite tasty. All together a nice surprise to find a good Pho place in a small mountain town. We will definitely be back next time we come to Georgetown read more

Top notch family run business! Consistently fantastic service and food. My personal favorites are Com Ga Ro Ti and Pho.

Oh my goodness HOW DELICIOUS IS THIS RESTAURANT?! Such a hidden gem, I'm so glad we were recommended to come here. We started out with an order of beef spring rolls, which come three to an order. For the main meals we got marinated steak ramen and lemongrass chicken with fried rice. The ramen came with a plate of lime, cilantro, and bean sprouts. Dang, I can't even pick a favorite thing that we ate! The fried rice was so good, and the soy sauce/sesame oil mixture with it was amazing. The ramen though, wow. SO flavorful. I wish we had stayed in the area longer so we could have gone back. The service and the food are both superb. read more

We grabbed takeout here while driving on the way back to Denver. I got the Lemongrass Chicken Noodle Plate and was pretty pleasantly surprised. Even in a to go box, it tasted great. I poured the entire sauce container into my noodles and thought it was the perfect amount. When we were waiting in the store, the pho smelled/looked amazing. I wish we had time to eat in person. Overall, exceeded my expectations and was super fast (only took about 15 min). read more

Fried dumplings were fresh and flavorful. Large pho is large! Vegetables for the soup were fresh. Service was great. Water glasses were never empty for long. read more

Great food and really nice deck by the stream. Pho was really good and price was right for the size.

Excellent food and vibe. Made for a nice stop on our trip back home to CA from CO. Service was excellent as well.

Everything about pho-bay was excellent! From the service to the food to the location by a creek. This is not a fancy restaurant but the food is WOW! Everything the server recommended was yummy and we really appreciated her recommendations. I had the lychee boba - delicious. The Vietnamese spring rolls which were served crispy and hot. We had the Korean bbq ribs, which were cooked and seasoned perfectly. We also had a dish I had never tried before - a Vietnamese fried chicken with butter rice. Everything was excellent. Service was quick. Highly recommend if you're in the area. read more

Beautiful place, porch by the river is really pleasant. (Bring a jacket though, it is close enough to altitude that the breezes can surprise.) The food fully lives up to the wonderful location. Stick with the medium pho size or smaller unless you are really hungry though. Great spot consistently. read more

Pho isn't really my favorite dish, like every other Vietnamese person I know even though I, too, am Vietnamese. But sometimes you just gotta have it. Pho Bay GT is like a hidden gem. Tucked away in some real small mountain town of like 20 people (I'm sure there are more people). You wouldn't expect there to be a little pho shop. But lo and behold-- there is. I had the tofu vegetable pho. You have the option of choosing a veggie broth as well but I opted for the beef broth because it's a little more flavorful and there's just something about oxtail that's been simmering for 10s of hours. I really like the broth. It's pretty flavorful and doesn't seem very oily like some others places. Service is good as well. The tofu is fried and not the soft kind, fyi! Which is what I like anyway (fried tofu). Give this place a try if you're in the area! read more

Great pho place in Georgetown. The pho and fried rice were delicious. It was a nice place to grab something to eat before the Georgetown train. Service was prompt and everything came out quickly. There's even an outdoor patio for the summer months and you can eat by a small creek. read more

Small quaint atmosphere in a cute mining town. Good broth in the pho, flavorful and ask for the chili paste if you like it spicy. Tourists from out town, thanks for the friendly service. read more

Delicious food (including probably the best boba I've had in Colorado), really cute clean restaurant, and wonderful service. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up! read more

Was excited to try this as it has same name as restaurant in Avon. Sadly, the pho was nearly inedible as it was so overly salted. I'm baffled how this place has such a high rating. The egg rolls were OK but not particularly good and the spring rolls standard. read more

We live in Denver so driving home from the mountains after snowboarding can be a drag. Georgetown is about halfway home for us, so it's a great place to stop. The restaurant had a very casual vibe. The staff was very friendly, the service was fast and the food was good. I had the medium size and it filled me up! If I ordered the large I definitely would have had leftovers. They also have some interesting and unique tea flavors! We'll probably stop by here again some time. read more

Unexpectedly good. I wasn't expecting to eat Vietnamese food in Georgetown, Colorado. The restaurant is off the interstate highway in the Rocky Mountains. Nevertheless, the Pho was delicious and filling. The staff was attentive and the entire experience was good. It would not surprise me if I returned the next time I'm in Georgetown. read more

So good! The bowl sizes for Pho are huge! The small looks like a large (to me at least). Very good pho. We had the brisket and steak. Spring rolls were delicious. Best ive had in a long time. Seaweed salad was excellent. Daughter had strawberry boba tea and said it was the best she's ever had. Staff was very friendly and service was quick. read more

Excellent food. The veggie and tofu pho, the grilled shrimp noodle bowl (bun), the salt and pepper tofu appetizer were all tops. Highlight for me was the veggie broth and perfectly chewy noodles. High marks for sustainability. No single use plastic to be seen. We'll be back. read more

Great view, tasty food, service was friendly and quick. All the dishes we ordered were great. Dog friendly as well

Pho Bay is a fantastic find and serves up top notch Vietnamese staples. If you are in the area or passing through, I highly recommend swinging by for a delicious pho which is perfect on a cold winter day. As the name would indicate, the pho is top tier with a fully flavored broth, good size, great additions, and table sauces to bolster flavors as you like. We also got the muscles which were rich and nicely charred, while the beef and rice dishes had tasteful vegetables while the beef was extremely tender. read more

This place is surprisingly good for a place run by non-Vietnamese folks. We came here after a long hike at Mount Evans and were starving. I had the steamed dumplings, which were not bad and the beef, chicken, pork, shrimp combination rice plate. It was a huge platter. The beef was a little dry, but everything else was great. It also came topped with an egg. Everyone else seemed to enjoy they bowl of pho. They randomly have cajun fries on the menu. read more

An amazing restaurant in a beautiful location on a creek. One of the best Pho restaurants in all of Colorado. We had Pho, Sizzling Beef, and Pork Egg rolls. Everything we had was excellent! Perfect for our group of seven in town recently on a cold windy night - big servings of pho, plus fried rice for those who didn't want pho - service was attentive, prices were reasonable, portions were nicely sized. Easy to get to if you're staying nearby (we were) or passing through. Somewhat limited hours made it a bit of a challenge for us over the holiday visit but we were pleased we made it! read more

Really delicious and tasty food. Quality was apparent and presentation was also appetizing. Service was courteous and efficient.

Okay, so I have never had Pho before. I think we might be spoiled for any other. This was the best meal we had in our 5 days in the Denver/Georgetown area. Would highly recommend the pho (me) and noodle bowl (dh). The beef is fantastic! Short handed with great service. Definitely worth a try if you are in or through the area. read more

Really nice place for good, healthy, satisfying food. The service is good and friendly

After driving to check out the fall colors early October, me and The Hubs stopped here for lunch. We had spring rolls, and pho with brisket and meatballs. The soup was loaded with meat and noodles and was pretty good. The broth did seem overly salty and a tad sweet, though. Service was friendly and efficient, and their outdoor patio is very nice if you're here when it's not too cold. It's not the best pho I've ever had, but it's not bad. And this place is also one of the better lunch options in the area. read more

Pho Bays' Pho is phenomenal! I'm asian so it might sound cliche to say I enjoy Pho, but growing up eat it all the time it can get old. But on a chilly day and I ordered some from here, the broth was rich in flavor and the crab wontons was crispy and nice. Definitely would recommend going here! Great spot if you're coming down i70 on a chilly fall or winter night. Both times I've been there I had identical experiences - the chicken pho is really great, the service is really...really poor and it was not even busy. Both times I was there, it was the same two young employees working. I'm not sure if multiple people called in sick those days or if that's the norm, but they were both hustling and not able to give each table more than a second of their attention at a time. When I asked the server about their drinks, he explained they don't have a drink menu. So I asked what they have and he asked "what do you want?" Would be much more helpful if they actually had a drink menu. I eventually just ended up ordering a glass of house red. Didn't even know what type of red I was ordering, the price tag, or anything about it. The servers literally could not seem less interested in your business as a patron. However, luckily for them the pho makes up for what they lack. The chicken pho is perfectly shredded, rather than huge chunks of chicken. It is flavorful and served piping hot as pho should be. I don't like that they do not have cilantro to go with the pho - only bean sprouts, jalapeños, basil, and lime. The atmosphere indoors could use some work but the atmosphere outside by the creek is great if the weather is nice. In short, would come back here for the pho and hope that the service improves. read more

Finally made it to Pho Bay on our way back from the mountains and we were not disappointed. We ordered vegetable & tofu pho and vietnamese iced coffee. One of our pho's was with vegetable broth which was pretty good and the other one with the beef broth was absolutely delicious. I also had their vietnamese iced coffee which was brewed fresh right at the table and was delicious as well. There was plenty of outdoor seating overlooking the creek and inside seemed to be spaced out enough as well to comply with social distancing guidelines. Can't wait to go back after a day of skiing or snowshoeing to warm up with some hot pho. read more
