The salad is discolored and disappointing, and the chicken teriyaki is dry, but it's the only good thing on the plate, and the rice tastes like dish soap. I also ordered the boba from here, and it was so watery and tasted like dish water, and I had to complain three times for them to get the order correct, which they haven't. The pho was extremely oily.. a layer floating on top which is not usual for pho. The chicken in the pho was super dry and flavorless. And the 2 eggrolls were tiny with no pork. My friend ordered beef brisket pho and they were also surprised how oily their soup was too. The beef brisket was not soft like most other pho places. It was dry and super chewy. Great tasting pho broth. Good little spot to stop when traveling to or from airport. Their menu has something for everyone. A delightful Vietnamese culinary experience. I passed by this place so many times going to Walmart but never tried it until today. My friend wanted to get some pho in this cold weather and saw that this place has pretty great reviews so we decided to check it out. It is a small place and not visible unless you are actually looking for it. The place is small, maybe can fit about 15 -20 people at most. We came around 11 and it wasn't as busy, but by the time we left at around noon, the place definitely filled up. Both my friend and I wanted pho so she got the special and I tried the vegetarian pho. I like that the vegetarian pho used a different broth than the normal pho because most places say it's vegetarian but uses the same beef broth. We both got a small which was definitely enough for each of us. The broth was good and flavorful and noodle to toppings ratio was good. This is my first time eating vegetarian pho and it even though it's different, it still satisfy my craving for pho. It was filled with veggies like carrots, broccoli,etc and tofu as the protein. The veggie side dish (bean sprouts) was adequate as well. The only critique I had was that there was no small dish to put the sauce in ( that's how you eat pho) so I had to use part of the bean sprouts dish to put sauce on. I got a vermicelli bowl to-go and did a phone order. Super fast and easy pick up. When I walked in, it was fairly busy which was a good indicator and the restaurant smelled very good (pho)! The vermicelli entree had a lot of meat!! So happy with the amount and large egg roll all for less than $10. How dreamy. I honestly have been to the Sally's right next to it many times and never even noticed it was there! This place in in a strip mall near Walmart. We went here because I was on a hunt for pho. When we sat down, I noticed there was bun bo hue on the menu - Obviously, I HAD TO GET IT. I would not get the bun bo hue here. AT ALL. Not much spice or flavor, and the meat wasn't tender and flavorful. My friend got the regular Pho and that broth was much better and a lot more hot. Still not good enough for me to want to come back since I have my go-to places for pho I frequent. The menu seems diverse and there are signs that show they have teriyaki and almost everything on the walls. I'm not typically a fan of fusion and love looking for shops that specialize.
