They scam you by caluating the Tip inclusive of the tax. I had a combination pho which is $15.99. Tax was $1.52 (9.5%). So the total was $17.51. I have selected 15% Tip which should be $2.40. The total amount I should have paid should be $19.91 ($17.51+$2.40). However, what I have ened up paying was $20.14 = $17.51 + $2.63 (15% of $17.51). Why am I paying tips for tax? They are open until 9:30 which is a plus and this restaurant is larger! They are super friendly. The pho here does take a little longer to come out, but you are not waiting for more than 10 minutes.
