Found a winner. The beef Brisket pho. Same tasty beef soup but the beef Brisket which is really beef shank was tender and full of marinated flavour.

Yummy pho at a decent price! House special pho was really tasty with lots of toppings and broth that's on the sweeter side. The vermicelli with pork patty and shrimp were cooked to perfection! Loved how there are different sauces at the table so you can season it to your liking! Service was quick and ambiance was nice BUT....saw one of the servers not fully wash her hands before leaving the washroom area sooo....highly doubt I'll be back. Yuck.

This location is in Richmond on the corner of Capstan and Hazelbridge. It's always so busy when we drive by. Well the reason is because the food here is good. Nice decor, modern and bowls are big! Lots of meat in the pho. Hubby got a hot Vietnamese coffee and we were done with lunch and he still wasn't able drink his coffee. It's the slowest dripping coffee ever! One thing is that the bathrooms are fantastic. It's like a tropical oasis. The hand washing station is on the outside, but individual stalls are decorated with artificial flowers!

The food was good and served quickly. The shop had very cute window drawings for the holidays. Our biggest critique was the service. Although the regular service was normal and expected. They took more than 30min to bring the bread for the sizzling beef plate. We followed up several times and each time they seemed surprised but didn't do anything. Was quite disappointed in that regard as the entire sizzling plate has gone cold by then.

I hadn't heard of Pho 37 until my friend and I were craving pho in Richmond and she suggested this spot. It was certainly very busy so I took that as a good sign, it's also located in an interesting circular building which I hadn't seen before. The place advertised No MSG broth which caught my attention, and I opted for the classic beef pho which came with all the essentials (meatballs, tendon, tripe, flank). The broth was light yet flavourful, and I definitely appreciated how it felt less salty than some other pho broths I had. There was also the option to get your beansprouts steamed which I appreciated. Lastly, the portion was huge so the price point of around $20 was worth it! In fact, I was able to have the pho for another meal the next day. I'll definitely be back to try another of their soups another time.

I ordered the Special Beef Noodle Pho, their classic dish. It tasted amazing, full of meat, authentic broth, and a large portion. We didn't have a wait on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was bustling. There is parking in the plaza but can be a bit crowded during peak times. Staff is very much always bustling around so you may need to flag them or remind them a couple of times what you need. A solid restaurant for pho.

Came here for lunch and was blown away by Pho 37! The dining area is huge so we didn't have to wait for a table even though it was packed inside. Got the Pho dac biet and the pork rice plate. Portions met my expectations (huge). I love that the broth doesn't have msg. The meat was high quality and the noodles were delicious. The pork was juicy and tender. Overall, I'm happy with those 2 dishes and would order them again. Service was efficient. Everything was clean as well. I would be back again!

Soup was quite sweet. Meat quality was excellent. Tables were too small to have enough space for appetizers and main. Long lines but actually move really fast. Like the fact they boiled the bean sprout before serving.

My new favourite pho restaurant in Richmond. From beginning to end, it was perfect. Great customer service and the staff offers suggestions. Soup base was delicious and the noodle bowls arrived hot. The noodle bowls were huge and priced reasonably. The spring roll was perfect crispy and good amount of fillings. Interior is contemporary and with high ceilings makes the airy. Free parking in the mall complex. You will see line ups so go on a weekday or arrive before the dinner rush.

Been wanting to try this place for a few years but never got a chance because of the constant long waits. Finally made it happen this time as I did a late airport pick. The service was quick but friendly. We shared a table but didn't mind since it meant being able to sit down sooner than others. The portions are so large. Depending in how big of an appetite one may have, one order can be split between two. I tried a bit of the pho and the broth was delicious. I got the lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl and it was also very good, despite not tasting any lemongrass whatsoever - that was a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, the chicken had a good grilled flavour and I liked that all of the condiments were on the table so you can flavour to taste.

Been meaning to try this place for ages now since my sister told me their food is OG. Finally tried it today. The place was packed. I'm really glad we didn't have to wait long though. If we came any later, I'm pretty sure the wait would have been unbearable. Turnover's pretty quick though. Food was okay. Normal. Ingredients were fresh. Nothing extraordinary. Portions are huge though. Good value. The tables were super small though for 2ppl. The sauce tray takes up too much real estate on the table. Vietnamese ice coffee was ~$9? Flavours pretty spot on. I don't like their "corroded" silver spoons. Asked for a spoon change, but no difference...so I opted to use their disposable chopsticks instead. Service was pretty good despite being super busy. This place is a solid 3 stars in my books. It's okay. I don't mind eating here, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here or wait in line for it.

Yes! This place is definitely a yes! Broth - great, meat - quality, veggie - fresh, ambience - nice, cleanliness - good, service - decent. The only downside - parking can be hard. It does have a shared parking lot in this plaza but it can get busy. It's hard to find a pho spot that checks all the items. This one is pretty close to greatness. I would definitely love to return for more.

Homestyle Vietnamese cooking with a bright, mid to upscale interior and nice decor. Caring service. Portions are a bit on the larger side so come hungry or share dishes! The chargrilled lemongrass pork with spring rolls on vermicelli noodles was my favorite dish that we tried. Refreshing and the pork had the nice grilled flavor, and homemade fried spring rolls are included. Good location in a busy plaza with lots of dessert choices afterwards.

The last couple of times we've come, the beef ribs were a bit smaller than they used to be, but they were awesome about making up for it. Last visit they threw in an extra rib, and today they gave us this massive extra bone loaded with tendon. I loved it. My wife was too shy to use her hands to eat it, so hey, bonus piece for me! Aside from the food, the service here is amazing. Everyone is super attentive and friendly. The vibe is really comforting to, it's way more spacious than your typical cramped pho restaurant. Parking is free during lunch, but you have to register your car if you're here after 6pm. It's cash or debit only.
