This is my go to pho place ever since Pho Tu Ech closed down. You can tell if the pho is legit by the taste of the broth. Let me tell ya, the pho is legit here at Pho 24.

Pho 24 is a great place if you are in Annandale and you want something quick for Vietnamese Food. I walked in and was sat right away. The place sports a lot of tables but I went on a slow afternoon with not many patrons. I already knew what I want so I just told the waiter what I wanted and after a few minutes my order came out. I got Com Thit Nuong which is basically Grilled Pork with Lemongrass w/ a side of rice and veggies. With fish sauce on the side, that's just umami flavors right there to dip the meat or pour over your rice; it's really good! This is a dish you can get and while it's not pho, definitely great for when the weather gets warmer! It was a quick meal; and I think for the prices it's cheaper compared to other Pho places. Check this place out if you enjoy Vietnamese food!

Enjoyed a late Thursday night here! Our pho came fast and had a great noodle to meat ratio. The coconut juice is really good too! Only complaints are the noodles break kind of easy, our server never came back around after we got our food, and the coconut juice container was sticky. But overall I really liked the pho for the price.

Pho 24 is a gem in Annandale. Their pho selections are massive, the soup and ingredients are well cooked. I tried their rice dish as well, the lemon grilled chicken was tasty and delicious. Service was quick. This is a down to earth family style pho restaurant. They appeal to a wide variety of customers, including locals, workers, retirees, students etc. You will get great value of the price you pay for the food. Highly recommend!

Still delicious as always, fast service as usual, food is consistently 5/5. Updated review 8 months later, still 5 stars!

Beef Stew

Love the beef stew here I usually get it with the noodles instead of the bread. Fatty brisket pho is also good here. Service is fast and friendly. Noise is average with plenty of tables for large or small groups.

I ordered the large Pho 24 (menu item number one) here. This beef broth comes with everything--rare steak, flank, tendon, meatballs, and tripe. It arrived piping hot in less than two minutes, which is almost faster than some McDonald's orders. The broth was on point, not too salty, with a good amount of flavor. As a Vietnamese person who's picky about pho, I can say this was a solid 7/10. I haven't rated any place higher than an 8 except for my mom's homemade pho. I appreciated the fresh basil leaves, lime, jalapeños, and bean sprouts on the side. The service was straightforward. They handed me the menu, I ordered, ate, and paid at the front counter. The server didn't greet or thank me, but I was there for the food, so it didn't bother me. Overall, I paid around $18 ($14 for the soup, 1.xx tax, and a 15% tip). I recommend this place if you're looking to satisfy your pho cravings.

Great place for authentic Vietnamese food. I've eaten here many times and this review is overdue. Compared to other places, I noticed they put more meat and noodles in so that it's not mostly broth. I definitely felt like I got what I paid. The pho broth is clear and flavorful. They give you plenty of toppings! The egg roll was nice and crispy. The nuoc cham fish dipping sauce was spot on made right. The Bo Kho beef stew with carrots was very filling and steaming hot and perfectly spicy but mild. The broth was perfect! Some places make Bo Kho kind of sweet, which I don't like but they made it perfectly here. There are huge chunks of beef, and by the time you are done eating, you feel perfectly nourished. The ambiance is typical of most Vietnamese restaurants, mostly bare walls but some art and the focus is on the food, which I don't mind. You can feel free to seat yourself and pay at the front when you are ready. It is customary at most Vietnamese places because they do not want to rush you.

One of the best bowls of pho I've ever had! The garden rolls we ordered were also good. The service was not the friendliest but we got everything we needed. The restaurant is very unassuming but the food itself is delicious.

Amazing flavor in the pho broth but the portions were kind of small and service wasn't very friendly. It's a hole in the wall kind of feel but felt the prices did not reflect the ambiance as they were a little pricier than other pho places. I would definitely return for their pho but I would not get their egg rolls again as there was not much inside of them and were mainly just bread on the inside. Cool center with great food and a gong cha next door that will deliver drinks to your table in pho 24!

I was disappointed in their Bun Bo Hue tonight. The broth looked almost as clear as pho, and wasn't spicy at all.

This is probably the best pho in Annandale area. Their broth is very original, no MSG.

Our meal took place on a Tuesday evening, yet the restaurant was constantly busy (though not packed to the point of having to wait for a table) with a diverse clientele, which speaks to Chay's popularity. Among the 3 of us, we split 2 mains and an appetizer, which was more than enough food. The fried calamari was nice and paired well with the spicy dipping sauce (which was actually spicy). I loved all the fresh veggies and generous amounts of peanuts and fried shallots in bún chả Hà Nội (vermicelli platter). As a saucy girlie, I REALLY liked the "fish sauce" accompanying the dish. Despite the deliciousness of those 2 dishes, the real star of the meal was thịt kho sả (lemongrass clay pot). Perfect flavoring; I almost forgot that it was vegetarian. The only downside to my experience was the service: it would have been great for a server to stop by and refill our water every once in a while.

Ok. Clearly, this place is not at a deficit for good reviews and rightfully so! I have eaten here…read morethree times and never been disappointed. Twice I've had the Laksa Noodle Soup with Pork Belly as a protein and the other time I came I had the Beef Stew (Bò Kho) because the first time I was jealous of my buddy's entree. Thus, on my second visit, I switched it up and tried it. 3rd visit, back to the favorite, Laksa Curry and this most recent time I added fried egg on top for a little extra oompf! Although this place is one of several choices in this food hall, and in the local are, I literally make a special point to battle the DMV traffic and pick up a meal there anytime I'm in town. The service is quick and the food is delicious - spice levels appropriately scaled, the quantity of protein in the dish was generous for the portion size, the temperature was hot (not unbearable) and held its heat for decent amount of time while consuming this deliciousness. The vibe of the food hall varies by the day. Some days the tv's by the bar are showing sports games, other nights there may be trivia, and once there was a cool dj. This place is buzzing with a nice vibe no matter the day (of the three days I've been there, lol). This place is a new definition of a value meal. Solid quality, filling, clean tasting. All for about $20. I'll take it.

They are nestled in the "The Block" -- a food court in Annandale. On a Thursday night this place was comfortably full with people enjoying their meals at every table. When we got our food it was hot and fresh. I first tried their fried chicken tacos on roti. So unique to add the roti in there and I liked how it was able to hold up and also not be too heavy. I was pretty full after just 1. Then I tried the lemon pepper lime wings, also delicious. The lime initially kind of through me off but quickly began to grow on me. And then my all time favorite were the garlic Lo mein noodles with beef added. My oh my. I would drive to VA just for these if I was craving them. I haven't had good noodles like this since I was in California. And I don't think I mentioned it earlier but the service was spectacular. Everyone is so kind in here! Check it out.
