Pho with Chicken

The people here are great and the pho is pho-nomenal! Been a favorite of mine and my colleagues for a while now- has yet to disappoint.

B3. Grilled Sliced Pork and Egg Roll Vermicelli Spring Roll with Shrimp and Pork Thai Iced Tea and S7. Roast Duck

I usually order through doordash but decided to go in today. a lot of people said low maintenance service (all they do is drop off food and that's it) but they talked to me a decent amount. food came out fast and there was little people inside the restaurant making the ambiance quiet. they had some music playing as well. the roast duck was amazing. for not many asian places around and for it being a college town, the food is pretty good. the thai tea could have been a little better but 9/10 overall.

Food is amazing, service is fast, don't sleep on the desert. Easy to order with very nice seating.

Adorable little building but surprisingly spacious when you walk in. You order from a kiosk /iPad situation up front and they bring the food to you. Perfect for when you're not wanting much social interaction and just want some good pho. They have a check in offer which is great too. Summer rolls were fresh and delicious and the eye round steak pho hit the spot. Will be back when I'm in the area

I was greeted nicely upon entering and directed immediately to a kiosk to order and pay. I added a tip but there was no service after my tray was dropped off with 1 napkin. Doesn't feel like a restaurant, more like a cafeteria. Pho was $13.50 and portion was small. I wanted to order more, but again no service so I had to go back to the kiosk to make another order. Atmosphere is a bit weird with Saran Wrap covering all the windows. Food was ok. Only Pho around the campus, so if you have a fix for Pho, this is it. This spot is best for just takeouts, but Pho Togo is not the same.

Fuck this place Found a large plastic rope and the waiter say nothing but keep asking me: is 15% discount ok? Ask me sign no less than 15% tip before take the card. This place need to be destroyed. Suck my ball! 这家店的妈都死了

2.5 STARS I stopped by this place because it's on the way to my hotel and was craving a pho in a dreary wet Pennsylvania Monday. The place is owned by Cho Lon / Chinese and it's not authentic Vietnamese pho. The broth is watered down and at 10.75 a bowl, it was totally overpriced. The herb plate was lacking basil and was wilted. The broth needed a ton of hoisin to make it remotely edible.also, cash only for less than $20 orders. As usually, service s mediocre at best, you have to flag down the server to get any attention once your food as arrived about 15 min after order. When I was finished, there was no server to be found. I sat for about 20 minutes before coming to the back register to ask where to pay. Another server told me she'd come by and

Tofu noodle soup with veggie broth- very good!

I've been here countless times and now I'm finally getting around to writing a review. I had pho for the first time here at Pho 11 and since then, pho has become one of my favorite foods. I am vegan and I really enjoy the tofu pho with vegetable broth. It is so good every time and I really enjoy adding jalapeños to give the broth an extra kick. This restaurant is BYOB so it is fun to come with friends and bring a bottle of wine. If you find yourself in State College this is definitely a good place to come!

Average pho, not authentic viet pho. Overpriced and small portions. It is not bad but it's not great

Outside its easy to mistake this place as a flower or gardening shop but that's just a credit to the owner's wife's passion for gardening and fresh ingredients. Inside is very simple and no frills but thats not a bad thing! We were greeted by the owners wife and seated by their son. I ordered the Pho rib eye and spring rolls and husband got the spring rolls as well and a rice dish. The flavors were so vibrant and fresh! Pho came with the usual cilantro, bean sprouts, etc to customize to your liking. There was nothing left by the time I was done, even drank all the broth. The wife checked on us a few times and graciously bid us fairwell, saying to please come again soon. We saw the owner and his son in the parking lot and chatted with them and another patron who finished before us. Very down to earth family with so many stories to tell. I could talk to them all day. Looking forward to stopping by again to enjoy more of their amazing dishes!

I also wanted to mention that they give you plenty of noodles. I normally have to order extra. We had the shrimp spring/summer rolls with delicious peanut sauce and the fried chicken apps. Well, here I am again, hungry from running around doing errands for work. Seems like now that I'm…read moreback working for someone else instead of myself, all I do is have less time for me. But it's okay, because I know the food makes up for it. As I got ready to start work today, I decided to go get some soup because I wasn't feeling too well. With the seasons changing, it seems like you might get sick more often. Maybe that's why they call this pneumonia weather. I first went to my number one spot to get some soup, and unfortunately, they were closed today. So I decided to go get pho at a new-to-me spot, and it was very good. The thing about soup is, it's not just about what you put in it. It's all about the broth and how it's made from the beginning. It's something like building a house. If you don't have a good foundation, then whenever a storm or strong winds come, that house will eventually fall down. The same thing goes for soup. If the broth isn't good, the rest of the ingredients inside the soup won't be either. Luckily for this bowl, the broth was amazing, and I really enjoyed it. The time I went was roughly around 2:30 PM, and honestly, that was probably the best time to go. I almost had the whole restaurant to myself besides two other people inside. It was a good experience. The décor was very nice, the staff was very friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. The soup did its job and hit the spot. I didn't even have to get anything to drink because all I needed was the broth. I definitely recommend this place, and I hope my review helps you find some good food in a peaceful, quiet environment.
