After they placed their order I stepped up and placed my order for a number four Lil John no tomatoes and cheese. No drinks, no chips. I stepped back and noticed all of the orders pending. So right away I know it's going to be a wait. Soon after I placed my order, a mom and her little girl come in and place an order. I noticed a lot of people walking in who had placed mobile orders. When the orders start to be completed, the family of three go up and grab their lunch. Then the staff member calls a number four "something something something"couldn't hear him. A woman quickly gets up, grabs the sandwich and walks out, crumbling up the receipt, and not even looking at it. I walk up to the counter and I ask what was that order? He said oh, it's already been picked up. I had a sinking feeling it was my order but OK. Next the lady and her daughter get called for their lunch. They walk up there pick up their lunch and walk away. I look at the counter where they're preparing the sandwiches and there's no little John sandwich being made. I walk up and ask the gentleman again about my sandwich. He asks me my name. I tell him and he says, "could it be under another name?" I said absolutely not. He asked me how I placed my order. Was it an online order? I said no, I walked in after that family placed my order and then the little girl and the mother came after me. This means to me that he doesn't have my order or it means that they're not making the orders as they come in. The female staff member said, we're really busy; not an apology for getting the orders mixed up. My order wasn't complicated. It was a single small sandwich. If they were so busy, why didn't they have more people out there making sandwiches? I noticed Mr. Order-taker heading to the back after every order. Maybe he's taking lunch, but when you're that busy in the food industry shouldn't lunch wait until after the rush? They finally made "my" sandwich. After leaving, I spotted the receipt in the bag. I noticed the last 4 of the Visa card was not mine. I also noticed this person's order while similar to mine, had no mayo. It was placed much later than my order according to my bank info. Proving my theory. I called the store and spoke with the woman who claimed to be the manager. I recognized her voice (the one that said they were really busy). I explained everything I had discovered and that I understood mistakes happen, but not a single one of them apologized. She did finally apologize and offered to credit me for the sandwich, but that wasn't why I called. It was because of the way I was treated. I hope things change. I will also say, the sandwich was not worth the wait. I won't be going back to that location if I can help it.

(The creamy white sauce in the photo is mayo, not melted cheese.) It's literally called a Philly CHEESEsteak, and the photo on the menu clearly shows cheese, so we expected it to come with cheese. For a sandwich that costs almost $20, I expect it to be made as advertised. If customers are supposed to specifically request cheese, that should be made clear on the menu because the name and photo definitely suggest it's included. We're only leaving this review because it's happened twice. We really like Lenny's and will continue coming back, but we hope this can be addressed so future customers don't have the same disappointing experience.

So we decided to check out Bojangles, and I'm so glad we did! I already knew I'd love the chicken because I LOVE chicken but their chicken seriously exceeded my expectations. It was so juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. You can really taste the flavor, and I loved that they have their own twist on it! My husband and son absolutely loved the fries, while my daughter's favorites were the mac & cheese and chicken nuggets. And the Bo-Berry shake?! Hands down, MY favorite. But honestly, what stood out to me the most was the atmosphere and the staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. Even though Bojangles is a fast-food restaurant, they made us feel genuinely taken care of, and it didn't feel like we were just grabbing a quick meal. We don't have a Bojangles location super close to us, but it was 100% worth the 30-minute drive, and we'll definitely be making the trip back!

A culinary oasis for those brave souls who believe hot meat and melted cheese should always be within arm's reach--even if the nearest chair is bolted to the floor and covered in someone else's spilled Fanta. And what a life it is--reincarnated in this fuel-scented temple of compromise, where a man can contemplate his choices between pumps four and five. The experience? You order. You wait. You wonder why the speaker is yelling your number like it's a draft lottery. And then it arrives: a sandwich hot enough to burn your tongue, but not your soul. The bread is soft, the steak is chopped like it owes someone money, and the cheese is doing its best under the circumstances. There's a sense of dignity in that.
