The prices are reasonable in today's prices. It's located at Wayfinder Brewery along with few other food carts, so the atmosphere is relaxed, and you are few feet from some excellent beer. They also tend to be pretty fast, so if you're hunger and want decent food, you can't go wrong here.

It was served on an egg white coated brioche bun which gave it a somewhat leathery texture on the outside, soft on the inside. It came with a pickle slice, one tomato slice, a lettuce leaf, a slice of cheddar cheese, a tiny dollop of mayonnaise (you must ask for a side of ketchup and/or mustard), and the single most boring tasting burger I have had since the little league game I went to last summer. No juice. No flavor. The patty was not hot and tasted as if it were sitting in a warmer for 30 minutes before we came in. The burger came with fries (which we all agreed were the best part of our meals) and it cost $16. NO MILKSHAKES OFFERED, which given the theme of the restaurant is just a horrible oversight. I cannot imagine this place lasting long. So forgettable most people will likely only come here once out of curiosity, then go back to their favorite greasy, oozy, flavor-packed cheeseburger spot for a real burger.

It's a good burger, no lie. Juicy enough, maybe a bit too far down the smashburger trail (not enough thickness to retain any pink), but a good all around cheeseburger. Fries are also very tasty. I ordered the Buhnz Burger for myself. This is their eponymous burger, what are they going for? Everything, it would seem. Somewhere under a mountain of very tasty stuff there was a burger, nicely caramelized, tender and juicy. But it was under there somewhere. Everything tasted good. The people are friendly. The vibe is simple, but friendly, the rest is just my biases. Burgers are, to me at least, something that should be available my way, since they are so customizable. Sure, nothing served here is going to upset the apple cart; it's all pretty standard fare: burgers, fried chicken in many forms, wings, fries, onion rings, poppers, wraps, and desserts, some that are Mexican or Mexican-adjacent. But more than anything, what Katy's Fry House offers is relatively cheap and appealing entrées for kids, picky eaters and, like myself, suckers for anything with the word "habanero" in it.
