Always have a great experience here! Philips has the best dry ciders. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Love the design and atmosphere inside the tasting room.

One of our favorite spots, their cider is amazing and now they have some amazing pi's! Definitely need to check out this spot if you want super friendly staff, laid back atmosphere and delicious baked goods from the attached store, and of course cider!

What a cute space. It's tiny but very nicely put together. Bathrooms were very clean. Our waiter/bartender was awesome. My mom and I othered cider flights and found our faves. We also had a charcuterie plate. Definitely recommend stopping in

I'm so glad we took the time to stop…read more We were on our way to Mount Pleasant for an overnight stay and I remembered having driven by this place a few times. Summertime is obviously not their big season, but they certainly try to put things out to get people to come by I was impressed to see a barbecue food truck, although I wasn't hungry. The gift shop was full of interesting little trinkets, very much in the tradition of a roadside attraction. The bakery was well stocked, and I was pleased with the quality of the donuts that we purchased. Michigan cider is hard to screw up, and this place gets it just as good as most of the others. Having it available as a slushy is a nice touch, and it's not something I've had before. On a nearly 90 degree day it was a welcome bit of refreshment. There was a little stage set up with a pleasant older man playing his guitar and singing songs. This was also much enjoyed. The staff we met throughout were welcoming and gracious. Would definitely come back.

Less parking towards the front. It's a decently large space situated on a hill. Regular restrooms and port a potties. The cider mill was unfortunately closed when I went mid week during the days it's very family friendly. On weekends it's supposed to be busier and the back bar by the field is open. Go early and find a spot. The cider is pretty good as well, does not taste super artificial fake apple tasting which is a plus. The donuts are obvi good but they are like cinnamon sugar (powdered sugar).

We got there right when they opened at noon and it was already starting to get busy. I got in line to order some food - they have a pretty large menu of pizza, flatbreads, sandwiches, and other snacks, and they serve their own Painted Turtle hard cider. They also have donuts, pastries, frozen cider, and ice cream. I ordered the railside stack sandwich (turkey, apple, pesto, and swiss) with chips and dip. They gave me a buzzer for my food and told me where to pick it up when it was ready, then I moved over to the drink line and ordered a flight of cider. There are several picnic tables overlooking the orchard that made for a nice spot for our lunch. My food was done pretty quickly but the rest of the group had a bit of a wait for their large order. I really liked the sandwich and would order it again. I also tried a piece of the pickle pizza as well as the pickle fries. They were okay, not the best I've ever had, but everyone seemed happy with their food. They do have some activities like a petting farm, play area, corn maze, pumpkin field, and apple orchard. These can only be accessed if you buy a wristband for $13 per person (kids 2 and under are free). This seemed a bit pricey to me but I know this is pretty typical of places like this. I'd definitely come back, probably not on a weekend as we were leaving it was getting super busy!

The setting was quaint, the staff were all super helpful and friendly, the cider was delicious, and we got to hold a 4 week old baby goat (Muffin) who still had an umbilical stump .
