After the job was completed the tech stated the water would be on in a few hours. The hot water never came on. So here we are the following day, still no hot water. I called the boss Jospeh, he's telling me I have to wait to this afternoon, with no specific time. I had to call another Plumbling company to fix the situation. Got Work tech had put the parts on wrong and wasn't trying to assist in any way possible. Jospeth kept stating there must be some other issues, long story short dont waste your time or money... I also have pictures of how the heater is supposed to look and how much they wanted to charge me to fix...... NEVER GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY BUSINESS

He did a virtual consultation an hour after I called and he sent me a reasonable quote a day after. The following day he did a walk through. After 6 days, (not including wait time for my tiles to arrive), I have 2 bathrooms and one powder room updated! Even when we ran into some issues (a couple more leaks, plumbing issues, some mold), Kennedy stayed true to the quote he provided me. He and his team were meticulous. Very happy with his work. It's so hard to find an honest, reliable, available contractor here in Westchester who's not going to charge you for every little thing. I feel so fortunate finding him. I already have more work lined up .:)

They came to help restore the wooden windowsills of my apartment which are significantly sun and water damaged. I had called several other companies, who had told me that it was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. However, Andrii and Ivan made it look brand new. When it came to their work - they were efficient and absolute perfectionists. They even brought a fan and vacuum to assist with clean up and hasten drying. The photos speak for themselves.
