I thought that I wasn't going to be a fan, but this dish was so good, and I'm already thinking about going back to get it again. I also had the Thai iced tea with coconut milk, and that was a little on the sweet side but also very good. Parking was super easy here because it's in a shopping center, so that wasn't an issue. The service was great. It's like light service, so you go to the front and you place your order, and then they bring the food to you wherever you're sitting. Everyone was pleasant, and it was a good experience. I'm definitely going back.

One of my favorite parts was the crispy noodles on top, which added a wonderful crunch and contrast to the creamy broth. I also loved that they had a variety of chili oils, chili flakes, and sauces available at the table. I opted to spice mine up a bit, and I personally thought that extra heat made the soup even better.

The options are extremely limited--my friend pretty much only had the choice between garlic noodles or string beans. Overall, it's a solid spot with friendly staff and really good food if you eat meat, and I'll definitely be coming back for the pork chop or the duck. But if you or someone in your group has a strict vegetarian diet, you'll probably want to look somewhere else.

The way I was spoken to and treated made me feel embarrassed, unwelcome, and honestly as though I was being judged before I was even given a chance to order. I left feeling humiliated. Customer service is about treating people with basic kindness and respect, and unfortunately, that was completely missing during my visit. I won't be returning, and I hope the owner learns that a little compassion can make a huge difference in how customers are treated.

Shortly after leaving the restaurant, while driving home, we both started experiencing stomach discomfort and feeling sick. What was supposed to be an enjoyable dinner turned into a very unpleasant evening. While I can't say for certain what caused it, the fact that we both felt sick shortly after eating here was concerning. What made the experience even worse was the lack of attention to food handling and customer service. We noticed employees handling food in the kitchen without gloves, which raised concerns about hygiene and proper food safety practices. The servers were also rude, inattentive, and far from welcoming. One of the things I appreciate most about Japanese dining culture is the emphasis on hospitality, respect, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, none of those qualities were reflected in our experience at this location. Good customer service should be a basic expectation, not something customers have to hope for. For a restaurant with HiroNori's reputation, I expected significantly better. Between the unpleasant service, questionable food handling practices, and both of us feeling sick afterward, the entire experience was unacceptable. Management really needs to take a closer look at how this location is being operated, particularly when it comes to customer service, hygiene, and overall dining standards. We definitely won't be returning, and based on our experience, I cannot recommend this location.

UPDATE** just wanted to provide an updated review ..During quarantine I placed a to go order. Even though it was a brief transaction the cashier was pleasant very nice and my pho was delicious!!! Highly recommend!! I've wanted to try Pho for the longest. I recently discovered this place while searching for restaurants in the area close to home. The food was delicious. The broth and the ingredients were fresh. I ordered the chicken pho and my cousin ordered beef and fried tofu. The food had really great flavor. This review is only 2 stars because the owners customer service was non existent. His attitude was cold and dry he seemed to be irritated for no apparent reason. I love that this is a family owned business his young son was there assisting him with order. I probablwouldn't dine in again but more than likely would order some "to go".. read more

I drove around like a crazy person waiting for the opening and I was super not disappointed! We need more asian authentic food places in this community and I love pho! It is dine in restaurant, which I think is the best way to enjoy pho with all the condiments/veggies spread out, but I had to order mine "to go" in containers. I got the Veggie Noodle Soup and lord the broth was delicious and flavorful. It's like that type of pho that you don't feel the need to put anything else in there because its already good on its own. Perfect for the weather! The employees were really friendly and I'm thankful for finally having a decent place to eat A+ Pho without having to drive all the way to Gardena.
