Our first time here. I came to visit my God sister and this place has been on my bucket list!! We are Cambodian so we had to try the Khmer noodles vs the Pho which are Vietnamese for those that don't know. I got the #5 and she got the #1. damn everything was really tasty we had them dry which means the soup comes on then side. We added the Lemon , hoisin, sriracha, bean sprouts and mixed it all up! It was fiyah!!I will try to bring my Vegan eating Hubby to try their Vegan special plate one morning. They are closed on Sundays! Support small businesses! Great service!. My wife and I had been waiting for this place to open for sometime, and the wait did not disappoint. We felt very welcomed as soon as we walked in, and were seated. They offered complimentary tea with our order, as well as free samples of some other food. The portions are huge and very filling. The number 2 was excellent, and very tasty. This place seriously has the best broth! I get their #5, and my boyfriend gets the #1 (wet). The owner really takes the time to get to know his customers and and you can tell that he puts his heart and soul in his cooking. Jaden is super adorable and a plus when we visit. Their Thai boat noodle is delicious. The liver that typically is added on with other meats and toppings was delicious. The texture was soft and slightly chewy without the too mineral taste of liver. The broth was delicious as well, very flavorful. There's really no need to add any additional seasoning unless u want too. However I recommend add a lot of the home made chili oil because it's makes the entire broth taste even more amazing. The owners are very nice and friendly and check on you enough time to feel that you r taken care of. I recommend everything here as I've had their meatball pho as well as it's just as good. I've been living close to this hidden gem for years and never noticed it. I must say that this is the most delicious Pho I have ever tasted. Small place, very friendly staff, very clean. my daughter felt a little under the weather so I decided to finally come in (I had been eyeing it for a while) we took it to go because she didn't feel too good but let me tell you! I enjoyed it more (given it was to go) than the golden deli (where I dined in) in San Gabriel that everyone talks about. This place is great love the seafood Pho great flavor the only thing to be careful is the way you order it if your going to eat it as a full pho soup. Make sure if you're ordering to go the noodles are wet not dry. If your ordering dry and then plan to put it in your soup it will be greasy because the noodles are cooked in a seperate oil. I ordered a chicken pho and it was delicious! Originally i ordered it for to go but all the components of the soup did not fit into the to go container. The waiter was nice enough to transfer everything for me into a large bowl so i can sit there and eat. Large portions and great customer service! Seriously Awesome Pho! Incredibly delicious food- I chose Veggie Pho and asked for Chicken to be added. The service (a couple I presumed to be the owners) was excellent and friendly and they seemed to have many regulars including a crew from Compton FD who I overheard saying "this is the best Pho" and "we were just here yesterday". I came in for a boba first and the owner recommended me the coconut boba.. it was sooo good!! The next day I came back and decided to try the veggie pho and my partner the beef noodles. The broth was so tasty and we got the regular bowl and we got full. I can honestly say that it was delicious! Is it at the same level as something that requires a drive to Little Saigon? Probably not. The menu is basic and easy to read unlike a more traditional pho place. I'd go with the beef flank it's the one I always get. I don't like the weird parts of the meats. They also have beef balls and a seafood pho. I also tried my friends fried tofu which was really good and they said it was vegan. I had a Thai tea which was okay just a basic Thai tea. If you are near the courthouse and are looking for something different to eat definitely come here. Had lunch @Phat Noodles yesterday, my first time there. Greeted when I walked in, I like that, made me feel welcomed. The polite cashier asked was it my first time and handed me a menu to place my to go order. She was very helpful and actually wanted me to stay and dine in for my first time experience - but I had my groceries in my car so I had to go.. It was crowded, and phone orders, but my wait was nominal. She wanted me to make sure that the broth was steaming hot before I poured it over my noodles, and I did and it was delish! I added all the trimming and sauces also, and my experience was Simply Devine.. I will be back next week to try the Beef Pho, and then the Seafood one also!
