Vietnamese cold cut banh mi with Vietnamese coffee
    Chad P.

Excellent! Not a lot of places in town to find a good Bahn mi. But this definitely delivered. The baguette was a good size, the meats were large, it was super flavorful. It came with some assorted colorful crisps that were all so good. I also got a Vietnamese coffee which was good but not sure if it was worth $5. Definitely going to try the bahn mi again! It's inside the Gatherall Food Hall at Factory 52 so parking is a bit hit or miss. Plenty of seating and a great atmosphere! Service was also quick and excellent.

Food halls have become quite popular and there are three within a short drive of my house. The newest is Gatherall at Factory 52. This location has over a dozen food stalls plus multiple bar options. The first food stall I tried was Phat Bánh Mì. The staff working was very friendly and helped explain the menu as needed. I watched from a nearby table as orders were quickly prepared and text messages sent to hungry patrons. I tried the Lemongrass Chicken Bánh Mì with lemongrass chicken on a toasted baguette with pickled daikon, pickled carrots, cucumber, cilantro, jalapenos, and Vietnamese mayo served with potato or shrimp chips ($13). This was a good sandwich and very filling. I'm not an expert on Bánh Mì but I really enjoyed the flavor combinations, especially the pickled vegetables and the mayo was a nice touch.

Everything was fantastic! In town for work and wanted to check out the food hall. I stopped by here twice, everything is made fresh to order and delicious. They are also running a lunch special at gatherall, where the stands offer $10 specials. Phat Banh Mi's is a papaya salad and half a banh mi. It was great, if I lived in town, I'd be here all the time!

I went here for a Yelp event about two months back and absolutely loved their food! Im completely infatuated with their mango fruit tea and summer rolls! I've had a lot of summer rolls in my life and I think these have to be the best I've had! The service here is top tier! They have both one on one customer service and device ordering services in person! All the staff is super friendly and personable. As for the ambiance, it's usually a pretty medium-high volume place because it's in a food court setting. It isn't so loud that you can't take with others, but it can be difficult if you're hard of hearing. Overall, Phat Bahn Mi is a paragon of customer service and has phenomenal bahn mi!

Stopped here for a quick bite of lunch during work. Food was fast and tasty and there are lots of options here at the facility.

It was decent, but not a great Banh Mi. The service was great, friendly and I'd go back, it's just not great.

I put in for reservations on a Saturday evening outside and I'm not sure if I needed it. However it was a great experience overall. Charlie was our waiter and he was super helpful and friendly. We shared some appetizers of salad rolls as well as the chicken wings. Five stars for those! My friend had the banh mi and I had the pho with meatball and brisket. Five stars! Delicious food! Literally all top notch. Looking forward to coming back and trying more.

We ordered a variety of entrees, but the highlight was definitely the pho. The broth tasted very close to what you'd find in California and even Vietnam, which was a pleasant surprise. Really rich, balanced, and comforting. The only downside was the lack of fresh herbs on the side. It only came with a dish of bean sprouts, so it felt like it was missing that extra freshness that usually completes a bowl of pho. Service was amazing, mostly students from UC. But everyone was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Parking was pretty easy, which made the whole experience even smoother. Overall, still a solid spot, especially if you're craving pho that tastes authentic.

Beef rendang was just right on the spice and had a curry flavor that was just right, lamb samosa was out of this world. I only got 1 but should've got 3. They were that good! And the duck noodles was also flavorful. I was trying to find an asian place that tasted close to home (I'm from Seattle) and this was that place. Sago is now my go to for an asian food craving. The food had my taste buds jumping! With the 3 dishes, it came out in 10-15 minutes which was great. The place had a nice feel like you were in your Aunt's or Grandmas home kitchen. I ordered the shrimp spring roll vermicelli, banh mi (pork sandwich) and the viet rice wrapper roll (Gỏi Cuốn) - to go. Here are the pros and cons. The pros. Great amount of food. The quantity was really good compared to other viet locations in the West Chester Ohio area. Actually what I would expect for $15 and some change for the vermicelli noodle bowl ( I still remember when this entree a long time ago was less than $10 but I digress). Likewise the banh mi had a decent amount of pork and a plastic ziplock with carrots and other veggies for sandwich (Around $8). So good amount of food. The cons. The taste seemed diluted across all the items from the shrimp in the vermicelli to the fish sauce and hoisin sauce for spring rolls. This was not the case with banh mi although the pork seemed too sweet and sauce had a thick corn starch feel. The fried spring roll in my vermicelli noodle dish did taste like the deep fryer oil had not been changed in awhile. That being said, I think if the vermicelli noodle dish had a stronger fish sauce, sauce then it would have been more flavorful but maybe that is a regional thing for owner. It was alot of food but finished with a bloated feeling. Kinda like when you eat at a Chinese buffet and you know some weird additives were added to food to create an unnatural full sensation. So not terrible but not great. Average.
