When it was my turn, I pulled up to the window, while the waiting on the cold response told me that no associate could pick up my call. Meanwhile, I see three pharmacist associates giggling together in the Pharmacy doing nothing literally while I've been on hold for seven minutes. That and they keep refilling partial prescriptions, even though I keep asking them to remove certain prescription profiles from my account a complete mess.

Since my husband was ill and needed it ASAP, I called and asked if another CVS had it for pick up today. I was directed to the CVS located in the Target Store in Manhattan Beach. I spoke to the pharmacist who rushed it for me and I was able to pick it up in a few minutes. This CVS also accepts Target gift cards for their prescriptions.

Whenever I call, they actually answer and if they miss the call, they call back. I cannot even explain how rare that feels these days. At my previous CVS, I would be on hold forever and never receive a callback. Special shoutout to the pharmacist Ariel (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly). She went above and beyond to help me and took the time to make sure my needs were met. You can tell she truly cares about patients.
