Every time I visit I am greeted by staff, offered a coffee and made to feel important. I have purchased a few bikes here and service has backed every bike, without question. On one occasion the did $5000.00 in needed repairs and my bill was $150.00. for a battery I ordered. Pfaff also has helped me out with swag bags for door prizes for every club function, and we are talking top of the line stuff, not the usual end of the line stuff. I recently trailered my '14 SGS in for service. I lost my clutch while going down the highway @ 125kph last Friday. The service team was extremely helpful! they explained the they were booked 3 weeks solid, but would try to get it in as soon as possible. I received a call on Monday, explaining that a service tech finished another customers bike early, and was able to get mine onto a lift. they were able to diagnose the problem. They were able to get the parts, and had it fixed for me the following day. I went in on Thursday to pick my baby up and, WOW!! Not only did they fix my bike, they also detailed it. Whomever they have detailing customers bikes..... HANG ON TO THEM!!! My bike looked like it was absolutely brand new! They did such a stellar job!! The ride home was so amazing!! My bike has never rode so nice! I cannot thank them and recommend them enough!! read more

I purchased a used 2016 Road Glide from Pfaff and have been very impressed with dealer from both a Sales and Service perspective. I am greeted like a celebrity every time I walk in and people are genuinely friendly and courteous. The ladies working the accessories have literally spent hours with me, getting me the right size for whatever I am looking for. From helmets, to jackets, to gloves, boots, heated gear, you name it - they are fantastic. They always offer a coffee while you shop. I have had my bike serviced once and they were efficient and did what they said they would. The service centre has great people working there too. I had a rear brake issue and they fixed it free of charge - no questions asked. Since then I had a hidden antenna installed and highway pegs. Both were done very well. They used locktite on the pegs so they won't shake loose. read more

Service review: Brought my 2002 custom softail in after some high end Toronto custom shop couldn't solve my issue after 8 days. Mario quoted me $200 to diagnose the problems (brakes and throttle problems). Called me 4 hours later with a diagnosis of something jammed in my vacuum line. Bike now runs like a dream! Was told they made other adjustment, And only changed me $100. I still need to replace my front rotor, but the fact that they didn't just tack on hours for the hell of it was unreal. They even tried to source a replacement for my aftermarket rotor. I live in Toronto, and will make the drive to Davies. A+ boys!!! read more

I'm not really excited about Harley anymore, I bought my first bike a 2012 vrod with only 2400km pretty much new. Flew to Calgary to go get it. At first my experience with Harley was amazing from unloading the bike to the first service and fluid changes amd safety. I was charged for a throttle adjustment because my side mirror was binding but when I got the bike back, he just took the mirror off amd said he wasn't happy with it ( so I went somewhere else to have that fixed). Overall so far still good experience with Peter amd Andrew. Next appointment got my tires changed this time I got to deal with Jeff amd mike on the way home I started hearing a noise so I had to go back the next day and Jeff was awesome got mike to look at it right away it needed the belt adjusted. Overall still great experience even though time amd money is being wasted. But then I came to pick up some caps and saw the helmets it was a super quick transaction the lady was very helpful I told her to put it away I would be back later tonight for it. I even gave her a tip. Came back bought the helmet amd left. Got home put it in amd with in 2 min started to get a migraine. Happened twice so I knew it was the helmet. I went back to return it amd wow. Melanie had attitude from the get go telling me not to raise my voice at her. I said I'm sorry but with masks it's hard to judge volume amd most of the time people ask me to repeat myself. After discussing how helmets are non refundable I ask for a manager as there are no signs anywhere, Melanie grabbed the 1 sign in the building from the other side of the cash and said see no refunds. The General Manager Chris came over with a chip on his shoulder amd started the conversation with "if I return your helmet then I open the door to 5 years of helmets being returned". I explained the situation amd he said all our staff tell every customer it's a final sale on helmets I advised him that I was not told this. Then Melanie jumps in amd says "I doubt that" so now your staff is calling me a liar in front of the manager amd Chris's response "listen pal don't raise your voice amd cause a scene in my show room" so I start to whisper amd Chris says "you not getting anywhere with me bud". To be honest it seems like there is a sexual relationship between Chris and Melanie there was just a strange vibe like he was trying to show off for her. Bottom line he said if Mackenzie who sold you the helmet says she didn't tell you it was final sale I will give you your money back. I said great left the helmet as I am 100 percent sure I was not told. And Mackenzie called me today amd said "she checked at least 20 times to make sure the helmet fit, and always says it's final sale". I explained to her exactly the convo and what transpired between us. Amd she continued fo say she told me 20 times lol. Like cmon is 20 times common practice in a 3 min transaction. And why would you need to say something 20 times (maybe she was saying it in her head) because I didn't hear it once. this is disgusting now I have a brand new $1000 helmet that no one will use. read more

called in to get a bike safetied. Mentioned and made sure the person knew it was bought privately, not a harley davidson. The person on the line booked me in for safety. What happened later was they told me they do not do safety other brands. Aggrssively told me it was my fault that I did not mention what was my motorcycle. This is absolutely absurd because I know I made sure my bike can be safetied. Had to tell the guy to relax as I wasn't even giving him a hard time for his co-worker's mistake. read more

Worst service experience of my life! Had an electrical issue with my 1200 Sportster. Rather than replacing the entire electrical harness, they tried to rebuild my existing one. This method of fixing the issue is the worst way to address it. Even the parts manager said he's never seen those parts ordered in 20 years. After my bike was sitting there for 4 weeks untouched, I pulled it from the shop and took it to another shop. They ordered a new harness which arrived within a week and I was back on the road within two weeks. Chris, the service manager @ Davies was rude, inconsiderate, and acted like he was doing me a favour by taking my bike it. I'll never go to this dealship again and I recommend against anyone else going there for service. If you're not going there for service, don't bother to go for sales, because obviously there is no support behind the sales. read more

I understand having to wait on the side due to COVID-19 and having a certain amount of customers within the store.. but usually whenever a customer.. or 2.. or 3 customers leave they let in the next person but we just stood there waiting. Until we flashed the amount of cash we had in our wallet then they called us over to ask what we were waiting for. Disappointed. But if you're a regular you'll get in faster. Absolutely the worst service experience ever. Be it a car a boat anything! Had a new motor installed on my 2007 Road King. After being told 5 different completion dates finally went to pick it up. Paid the $5000.00 bill and went to start the bike but wouldn't start. Mechanic came out with a Tim Hortons cup full of gas and put it in the tank and saying that next time you bring your bike in for service make sure it has gas and walked away. I said "you're fn kidding right?" Within 20 seconds I was surrounded by 6 more employees including the service manager. At that point I just drove away totally disgusted. Bought a brand new bike from here 10 years ago. After paying an exorbitant amount for the bike, our dollar was at it's lowest and Harley prices at their highest, this was my experience. The first 6 weeks of my Harley ownership, my bike spent 3 weeks in service. The oil leaked (I know, it's marking it's territory), the gas gauge didn't work, the trim around the instrument cluster was not fitted properly, my grips fell off as I was riding, and the pager on the alarm kept failing. This after paying the $800+ for a PDI (pretty dismal inspection). The service manager "Dan" kept accusing me of not knowing how the alarm worked. I think I can figure out if it takes one click or two to arm/disarm the system. It was only after my own investigation that I found out that the paging module was slowly melting as a result of it being fitted against the oil tank. A call to AirTronix (the manufacturer of the paging unit at the time, Harley didn't ave their own then) resolved the issue. Had one of the service guys come out and had a look at the bike as soon as I brought it in, they would have experienced the issues with the paging unit as it was still hot and melting at that time. My girlfriend has gone in a few times to purchase gifts for me but never seems to receive any help. A few weeks ago I decided to go in and get a new helmet (have to try them on to see how they fit) Now, I walked in wearing all Harley apparel, t-shirt, pants, jacket, and hat. One would assume that I am a Harley enthusiast and was ready to buy even more Harley propaganda. The GF and I walked in and walked right past the salesman to the discount table, no acknowledgement what so ever. There was something on the table that I was interested in and wanted to come back to it after I checked out the helmets. I walked over to the helmets and the GF walked over to check out some clothing. The salesgirl walked by the both of us without even looking at us. I motioned to the GF that I was done, that we were leaving, and wasn't even going to bother with the item I saw on the discount table. Two weeks ago I needed a new battery. It was a Sunday so most places were closed. I called around and didn't have a choice but to call Davies. They wanted $200 plus tax for basically a re-branded Yuasa battery. Royal Distributing had one for $120, although I opted for a Li-Ion battery. I feel no guilt about ordering my Harley products from eBay and having them shipped from the States (it's still cheaper, or even a quick ride to Buffalo would be worth it) or recommending Classy Chassis to my friends who are looking to purchase a Harley. At least with those two options, Deeley won't get his greedy hands on my money. Bob, your dealership sucks! I still have to give this place a rating with a star? Really, even the "Eek! Service Review: I hate that im writing something on Yelp, but the dealership just didnt solve the problem. I brought my custom 2008 iron in for a simple rocker box oil leak. Originally told it would be a couple hours, which turned into 1 week for parts, which is reasonable, which then turned into 2 weeks, which was frustrating but not the end of the world. The real issue came when I picked up the bike, yesterday. The work was done (Thank you, Pfaff) but when I looked at my rear fender, the paint was burned black and chipping off. My bike is custom, so its sits low, and the shocks are at near maximum stiffness but not locked down or rigid, Im 185 lbs so when I ride it, its fine, the rear tire doesn't rub, when my friend borrowed it (he's about 200 lbs) it was fine. But whichever Pfaff tech test rode my bike after the work was done must have been a very heavy person, because they had the brand new Pirelli Route (maybe 100km's on it) rear tire rubbing against the fender to the point that it seared it right through, wrecking the paint. It also made the brand new tire bald, so it seems like it has a couple thousand kms on it already, therefore a potentially wrecked tire. Of course I mentioned it, and they tried to pass the blame back to me and the fact that its a low bike, and then tried to up-sell me on a new Iron special. I did mention that I was going to change my fender eventually so the paint isn't the end of the world, but I never would have wanted to get my bike in worse shape than when I dropped it off. The new fender, which I bought immediately last night because it looks hideous now, was $300, and if I need a new tire, which Im not sure I will or not, it'll be another 200-250 plus install, above the $300 it cost to fix the leak. Not what I expected at all. I have no idea what else I should have done, as they were so dismissive and didn't seem to care at all. So here we are, stooping to the lowest level of writing Yelp reviews in hopes nobody else has this issue here. Take your bike to Mackie, or try Solid Cycles if they'll help. read more

This is my local dealership after moving into the area earlier this year and from day 1, the staff and service have been tremendous. Whether it's answering my questions ( I own a 2007 Road King Classic) about parts, service or helping me add to the ever growing collection of branded Harley wear, I am always treated like a valued customer. The service guys went above and beyond last summer to make sure I got my bike back on a Friday night after having some very unexpected repairs done. Not only were they in constant communication with me as these unexpected issues arouse, they presented my options clearly and were able to give me very accurate information on pricing, availability and timing on the spot. Had service done here and my bike was in much worse shape after the service than before. Although I was charged the same rate, I found out that the service was performed by an apprentice. I have just gotten the run around with no resolution since then. They seemed nice originally but completely unresponsive if there is an issue. read more

I had my 24,000 km service done and was told it would be 3 hours and to bring her in for 9am. I mentioned the bike makes a loud crack sound and bottoms out on the slightest bump. By 3 pm I was out the door. They mentioned I needed a new back tire and my exhaust was cracked but was covered under warranty around 2:30. When did they expect me to do that after waiting almost 6 hours for my bike. Anyway my black rubber bushing under my saddlebags went missing so I came back the following business day where they had their Tech with grease all over his hands install bushings and adjust saddlebag. Upon arriving home I noticed my tailpipe loose but everything seemed tight. I went to visit a friend also a trained Harley Mechanic 3 hours away I drove in the rain. When I arrived I asked if he could replace my tires as it was raining hard. I went to take my saddle bag off and noticed the Paint worn off on my side cover and lid of my saddle bag due to the adjustment the Davie's Tech had done. I've had nothing but the run around and the Tech would not even step out of the shop to talk to me about it. I guess they don't mind losing customers. read more
