About 4 weeks ago I dropped off my 1998 VTR Honda to have the carbs rebuilt and the bike set up. He called me all the way though the job. Very honest guy. Well I got the bike back and I'v had it for 3 years now, and Man oh Man it has never run better all the time I have owned it. The thing runs like a bear it's got lots more power and torque. It's now a dream to ride. If your looking for someone to set your bike up take it to Champion Cycle and let them do it, you will not be sorry. Granted I only come in for…read morean oil change and not much else but I always felt as a female rider the fellas I dealt with were respectful and trust me ladies, I can smell that type of BS a mile away being in the automotive industry. That isn't to diminish what another reviewer felt but I got lucky I guess dealing with 2 guys who were decent there. They have given me tips about not cleaning my bike often enough between seasons (oops) haha but I always felt that were super accommodating to me for appointments and worked on my bike quickly so I can be on my merry way within the hour. Prices are subjective to each reviewer depending on how big the project is but parts costs so much now and that cost needs to be passed on which isn't unique to Cyclewerx - just the sad reality of the world we live in today.

I love this place. Had a battery replacement on my EM1 in spring of 2019. They did a great job with…read moremy repair. Biked worked better than new. Only took 2 days. Estimate was the cost. It was perfect. While there I eyeballed the SuperSoco TS1200R. Loved the bike so much, I came back and bought it 3 months later. Sold my EM1. I've been using my Soco now for 4 years. Never had a single issue. Drove the bike all over Southern Ontario. I made sure to have yearly brake tune ups. In the summer of 2022, my SuperSoco was stolen. Heart breaking to say the least. Within 2 weeks, and with a great deal of effort. I was able to find my stolen bike and get it back. The bike had been decimated. The electronics were destroyed. Batteries stolen. Battery tank destroyed. I was crushed. I called Yuri and he immediately got my bike towed from the location it was dumped at to his shop. He did this within a few hours. In the nighttime. On a Friday night. And it only cost me $100.00 . Tow companies were telling me a day or 2 wait and $300.00. Yuri was able to source out all the necessary parts and completely rebuild my SuperSoco to a brand new condition. It was incredible how quickly he acted and how he seemed to take this as a personal thing to himself. Yuri ordered me a new battery. I was even in contact with the suppliers in BC personally and they spoke highly of Yuri. My SuperSoco is still easily one of the best purchases I have ever made. Working with Yuri has been a pleasure. I'm so glad I became his client. I am constantly recommending EP Rider to anyone who talks to me about any kind of electric or pedal assist bike. I also like that Yuri is quick to give all the credit of the quality repair to his head mechanic Phillipe. Every visit I make to the shop, I enjoy shooting the breeze with Phillipe and hear the crazy stories he has to share about the ebike world he operates in. I know this man knows his business. Highest possible recommendation for Sam and his team!…read more So why am I writing a review for a company that did not repair my bikes? Because honest business people are becoming more and more scarce. First Sam could have repaired the four bikes that his staff picked up in a timely fashion with a courtesy call before pickup AND during pickup to confirm the correct bikes to be picked up. But he did not repair them because he did a thorough and comprehensive diagnostic first with a cost benefit analysis and recommended against repair. Then after all that he contacts me one more time to ask me if I want the, beyond repair, bikes back or should he have them recycled. At each and every stage of the process this company did the maximum possible and then took one EXTRA step to assist. Every person I spoke to from the initial call to the pick up person, a young lady whose name escapes me, to the actual owner Sam was exceptional. If you ever need bike repair services I would extend my highest possible recommendation to Sam and his team.
