Something about the fact that it's an old German car, and that the lights have serial numbers like P21/W, and the ones in the stores have serial number lik 7605. Yes. So finding the right lights required going into the system, realizing the system was wrong, then taking out the bulb and painstakingly comparing them with the ones in the package. The service guy was happy to help me with this and I was finally able to drive away with that nagging error light off in my dashboard. Prices are on par with everywhere else, and in general, I'm usually able to find everything I need for my '96 import.

Zaid of Z1 is that man. This fellow biker is what all us bikers all looking for. He treats your bike like is own. I went in for a cooling problem that I thought was a thermostat or water pump I was prepared to try and fix on my own to find it was only a loose hose. I am reluctant to advertise his services for fear of having him too popular , but cannot keep him to myself for my fellow bikers. In the fall of 2022 they said they had an 'amazing deal' where for only $500 we could trade in our 2022 for a new 2023. By the time we got everything sorted out, it was a few months later and that $500 turned into $3000. This isn't why I'm giving a low review though, I could have always walked away. Getting a hold of anyone in this dealership after they sell you a car is impossible. I know the front desk lady better then our salesperson because she is the only one who responds. They gave us the wrong key for our car and we had to go back and return it. I needed to know if the tires we got from the car were insured because we blew a tire in Jackson's point, they wouldn't give us the sales reps phone number, we emailed him, it's been a week later and still no response. It's a good thing we had friends nearby or we'd still be stranded there. Kia's are nice cars and the one we got was good, hence the two start review, but once they get your money, expect the customer service to go right out the window. They are already on to the next sale.

We were lucky enough to have Tariq as our Sales expert. He was the perfect balance of laid-back and efficient. I already knew the car quite well, so it was right down to business with the sale. Tariq could tell that we did not want to get all bogged down with over-sell. He got the ball rolling quickly and in less than a 90mins or so, we got matched up to the exact model and colour we wished to buy. He did not force any extra things upon us. However, he did make the sale sweeter with some bonuses like matts! I did not expect this from what I hear from other buyers these days. We seemed to click, he is an asset to Kia and I hope this review gets read by any management personnel. As women purchasers of cars, my partner and myself have often been brushed-off as not having enough knowledge re: cars. Absurd, but true. Tariq showed us great respect which only leaves me with so much respect for him as well. Selling anything these days cannot be easy as we are often all Googled-up with partial information on things. Truly, this was one of the most fun experiences buying a car in my life, and I have gone through this a few times. I even re-visited the dealership unannounced with an issue and Tariq made some time to show me the solution to the problem I thought existed. He is a great guy and is super skilled at his job. thanks again, am loving the car and get a lot of positive comments on it too--a bonus.
