We have gone to Beck twice now and were very satisfied both times. Once to have a tire repaired and once for a brake job . Each time they provided fast service at a fair price. They did not try to sell us any other service other than what we went for. They did find a few other issues but did not push us to have them repaired immediately which so many other places do. They are amazing. I went there three times, first to completely renew the breaks on my Nissan Pathfinder 2013. They have reasonable prices and fast service once you schedule the appointment. The second time was for oil change simple service check, and again the price was ok, and the attention to detail from the mechanics was superb. I don't think it's very fair to charge a high fee to diagnose an engine code problem, and then report back that it hasn't been successfully diagnosed, and that in order for them to continue diagnosing, I would have to pay that fee twice over. That seems pretty wrong to me. If I pay for a car mechanic to diagnose an issue, and they fail to do so, they should not take payment for something they did not do. Also, they failed to call me when my car was done, so I went a lot longer without my car, which was a big pain. read more

I had a great experience with these guys. I brought my Volvo in because it had a hole in an exhaust pipe. They easily could have charged me to replace the whole pipe and resonator, but instead just cut out the damaged section, bolted in a new section of pipe, and replaced the missing hangers. What Canadian Tire was going to charge me $400 for, they did for less than $150. The shop is clean and the staff is nice--not friendly, exactly, but certainly not rude or condescending. And the office doesn't smell like oily rags. I'll definitely be back. read more

Worst auto repair shop. Unbelievable! I went in for an oil change and they said I required a ball bearing change on one side of my tires. I said ok fine, price it out.... expensive. I had no choice, otherwise it would be more wasted time so I went ahead and let them do it. It has been a couple of months, and that side of the car/tire is creaking!!!!! I was dissatisfied with the service. Screws were not properly tightened during tore rotation. I was also charged some labor cost without my consent, which I realized while paying the bill towards the end. I would not recommend going to Becks for any service repairs. read more

I took my Nissan Altima 2008 for repair there couple of times, I am not gonna lie they did a good job fixing it BUT i am not impressed with their customer service and i am not taking my car there anymore. There is an older gentlemen at the front desk (i think he is the owner) he is rude and dismissive. You cannot talk to him. He does not listen to you at all. I told him "I dont appreciate the way you are treating a customer like me" and he said and I quote: "I dont care, honestly I have so many customers, I dont care if you walk out of here" I was very disappointed. read more

I wish I could put zero stars. Some of the worst service I've ever received in my life. The tires I got were fine, but the people who work there are very rude and snotty to customers. Anytime someone tries to be nice or even says "have a nice day", the employees ignore it and continue to be rude. I've never met such rude people like this before and I will never be back. I called in 2 weeks ago - spoke to the owner Mitch and told him that I wanted my rims demounted from my winter tires. I advised him that they were 19s and that I didn't want them scratched. He told me to bring it in. I brought them in and he took a look and said that he would try one first to make sure there are no scratches before proceeding with the remaining 3. When they were finished, he said the rims got scratched a bit which I was OK with. I brought the tires and rims home and I noticed that one of the rims was scratched a lot worst than surface scratches and in addition, 2 of my tires were completely "destroyed". The tire bead was ripped off on both tires. I called and spoke to Mitch; told him about the situation and sent him pictures. He agreed that it was damaged. He refunded my money for the work done but I asked for further compensation since 2 perfectly good tires were ruined but he said he was already losing money and couldn't provide anything more. I understand it is an unfortunate situation but as the customer I feel Beck should reimbursed me for this damage. I am basically out $600 and have a scratched up rim. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. See pictures. read more
