We've had our Vespa for reference 15 years. We brought it into Vespa Toronto West to have it serviced and it is now working better than that ever since we bought it. Definitely use this place read more

More Than a Vespa -- It Feels Like Joining a Family I recently purchased my beautiful Vespa GTS 310 from Vespa Toronto West, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the beginning, Lou and his wife made me feel welcome and appreciated. It never felt like I was simply buying a scooter from a dealership -- they made me feel like I was becoming part of the Vespa family. And the Vespa itself? Absolutely beautiful. Everywhere I go, people notice it and compliment it. The quality, style and attention to detail are exactly what I hoped for. Every time I get on it, I smile. There is something special about riding a Vespa -- it genuinely makes me feel young again and turns even a simple ride into something I look forward to. What impressed me just as much as the Vespa was the way I was treated throughout the purchase. Lou was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with everything. That kind of customer service is becoming harder to find. I'm extremely happy that I chose Vespa Toronto West, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering a Vespa. Thank you, Lou and the entire team, for making this such a memorable experience. You didn't just sell me a beautiful Vespa -- you welcomed me into a community that I'm very proud to be part of. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. + Proud to be part of the Vespa family! read more

I'm in the process of buying my first scooter and Lou was an invaluable resource for information and assistance. I was especially unsure about what type of gear I really needed to be safe on my scooter and loose steered me in the right direction. Really appreciate his help and service. read more

Looked for a Vespa for months and never found one that I would buy. Looked and looked and all were to expensive / not fairly priced, poorly maintained or too many miles on them. Went to Vespa Toronto West and he sat me down on about 5 scooters and explained each to me in detail and i found two liked and one i just loved. I got a Great deal on a great scooter. Bought it right away. Could not be happier and more fairly treated. It was a pleasure to do business here and I mean that. No BS, just a wonderful experience. It was such a pleasure that it felt so out of place in todays business world. read more

My Piaggio X9 was stored for years and I was concerned about driving it. Lou carefully assessed the bike, shared the possible concerns and gave a approximate estimate range. A few days later (ahead of schedule in busy season) it was ready and safe to operate. Thanks Lou and your team for your great service and exceeding our expectations; after such a long storage. So much fun, I've already put close to 1000kms on it and it feels like new again! read more

I get no runaround when I go to Vespa Toronto West. As another Yelper said, other places are too busy trying to sell you a life style or a fashion accessory. VTW just wants you to have and enjoy a great scooter. My example. I had a problem with my ECU in my scooter dying. I thought it would be a costly replacement of the device. Lou, owner of VTW, along with his excellent mechanic, Nick, weren't willing to give up so easily. They researched, they made sure their equipment was the latest, made sure their software was the most up-to-date, and thanks to their hard work, they were able to renew my ECU so I didn't have to buy a brand new one. This saved me LOTS of money and time. Their prices are reasonable for the amount of effort, hard work, and care they put into their customers. At the end of the day, they deserve a fair wage. But with that said, they always try to find more cost-efficient ways to help the customer. They're not here to make a quick buck on you. They want you to feel confident and satisfied with their work. Lou's wife, Angie, always makes you feel welcome when she's there. There's always a, "Hey! How are you doing? Good to see you!" when you walk in VTW. They connect with their customers, remembering their names and scooters, and even remembering bits of their lives. If you tell Angie you're married and have kids, she'll kindly ask how they're doing the next time you're in. It makes you feel like part of the VTW family. I really love that. If I could wish for anything with Vespa Toronto West, it would be for them to have larger shop space for more bikes and accessories and a larger mechanic bay to give Nick more room to work, but without increasing their costs to achieve it. They're trying to fit a whole lot of AWESOME into a rather small space. They make it work, however! I've tried other shops for servicing my scooter. Nobody is more knowledgeable and expertly trained on my exact scooter, nobody offers more competitive prices, and nobody genuinely cares about me like Vespa Toronto West does. read more

This place is AMAZING! I called just about every Vespa dealer in the U.S for the product I wanted for my wife and was informed that the earliest I could possibly receive it would be sometime in August or so ( If I was lucky ). VESPA TORONTO WEST delivered to me ( El Paso, TX. ) in ONE WEEK! They where extremely quick to reply to my email, phone call and needles to say my delivery. THE BEST!!!!!!! read more

We've been dealing with another "vespa mechanic" and were tired of the runaround. This is the ONLY authorized Vespa dealer in Toronto. Meaning - they are the only ones who can get authorized parts that have a one year warranty. So when I've had parts 'replaced' at other shops... where did they come from? Lou is informed, friendly, is happy to answer any questions and truly does good work on the bikes. Don't waste any more of your money dealing with the other guys. Vespa West is the real deal. I'm so glad we found them! Finally! A trustworthy mechanic! Thanks Lou! read more

Had previous been with Motoretta and always felt like they were more interested in selling you a new shirt then servicing your ride. When I saw that Vespa Toronto West had opened I was eager to give them a try. Friendly service, straightforward recommendations and down to earth attitude will make this my dealer of choice going forward. Any if your wondering they have great shirts and accessories as well. read more

What a relief to go somewhere for Vespa service where you feel like they care about your vehicle and your safety and not like they are ripping you off. I'm always treated with kindness and respect and the services on my Vespa are impeccable. It's a pleasure to talk to these knowledgeable folks. read more

These guys are great. Bought a used scooter from them, they applied a 6 month warranty. I had a minor issue after about 2 months and they squeezed me in even though they were fully booked for weeks. Completely fixed the problem and charged me nothing. They just earned all of my future business. If you are looking for a scooter I highly suggest dealing with Vespa Toronto West. read more

I live in the USA and was shopping on-line for a top box for my Ivory Vespa LVX. This is not an easy to find model, but Vespa Toronto had it listed. I had several questions that Lou answered immediately. Before I purchased it, Lou was upfront that it would be a special order and it would take a few weeks. Once ordered, Lou kept me informed and the item arrived in perfect condition. A great price, great customer service, and great communication. For those in the US needing Vespas or related parts, check these guys out. read more

Called once to get a price on a new front fender. $54, no problem, we have it in stock. Before heading out the door (its the other side of town for me), I called again to confirm. Yup, no problem $54. I get there and the price has doubled. Morons. read more

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Lou at Vespa Toronto West. Straight ahead information, no sales pleasure, friendly and informative. It's clear Lou knows he's selling a good product and he wants you to enjoy it. I can't recommend Lou and his service and store highly enough. He gave us sound advice, kept us informed and even delivered our bikes to us in Ottawa. If only all sales encounters were like this the world would be a happier place. Bravo Lou! read more

Lou is awesome. Fantastic service, takes his time with everyone and is very trustworthy. I'm loving my new Vespa!
