Jeff is a motorcycle dealer so he had lots of information on the value of various kinds of roadkings, fatboys and Heritage softails that I am considering. I had been thinking about buying a new harley davidson but there are too many good deals on the used ones. Plus Jeff also does motorcycle repair and parts that are not going to cost me an arm and a leg. I have decided on a 2-3 year old Road KIng. With the money I am going to save I figure I can pay for a few good bike trips over the next couple of years.

In early January the door hinges tore out and dropped the door on the spinning mechanism, further damaging internal and external parts. The claim I made on the Lowe's warranty in early January which they declined to honor, sending me back to their supplier to file the claim which is still ongoing as of mid July 2022, nearly 6 months after I sought that warranty coverage. At one point DK2 actually sent me an empty box, claiming it was a part. Now a DK2 manager is using that fraudulent shipping tag off that empty box to claim I have received all parts. What a poor excuse for customer service. I have been deprived of beneficial use of equipment bought and paid for (along with a three year replacement warranty) for over six months now. Why hasn't DK2 and Lowe's stepped up and honored their commercial obligation? One star may be giving them more credit than is deserved.

These people are liars…read more In November 2024, my girlfriend went to Total Tire to get her winter's on and store her summer's. She was told there was no storage fee for the first time as part of a new customer promotion. She then went back in April 2025 for her swap and to re-store her tires. They charged her the storage fee ($100). Now we have moved, and she wants to get her tires out. We call and they say it will be $100. We ask why, and they said because when she paid in April was for her previous storage (Nov 2024-April 2025) and not for her most recently storage (April 2025-present). She said that can't be true because her first time storage (Nov 2024-April 2025) was free, so what she paid in April would have to be for her current storage. They said they never even did a new customer promotion like that. They then transferred her between three callers, all of them berating her and calling her difficult, and then they started saying "Go get your lawyer. Do you just not have $100? Do you need a donation?" They then told her to not show up without the money or she isn't getting her tires.
