He said come in as they had some extra parts and could replace that piece that was broken 'Free' of charge. I went to the store and spoke to Shawn, and explained to him what happened, and what Dale said...Shawn, looked at my CupFone smiled and said, "We could better than that, and they replaced my whole unit for free." I was shocked. I work in Customer Service and never been given such 'royal treatment' on an exchange. WeatherTech Canada stands behind their products, no questions asked! Too bad I didn't negotiated the deal with the car dealer. Oh well... I ended up going online and checking out WeatherTech mats. They are made upon ordering. It took about 3 weeks before it got to me (placing the order, made and delivered). The box said WeatherTech Canada and the mats are all made in the USA. They are custom made mats based on the model of the vehicle. The mats front and back worked out to be $301. Not bad for the price. They are made to last for a long long time or should I say life of the car. The mats fitted perfectly except with the one in the driver seat. It had a small gap on the side. I am not going to bother complaining. It was not a big deal. I liked the mats and I am sure it will keep my car clean. Overall, Happy Purchase!

Ok.......I was at the Harvester Location for an oil change. It was on a coupon at a great price…read more $48.97 ($54.34 tax in). There system that sends you a report is good. They suggested an air filter change as it was dirty. I said go ahead. Should have priced it first but that is my issue. Upon picking up the vehicle the total was now $171.29!! That means the air filter and labour to install was $102.61! I was a but shocked at the time but paid the bill. After researching online with prices I called them back to report my displeasure with the amount. They were not impressed and simply claimed that it was normal amount for what they did.

If that option did exist, I would certainly do it for Central Auto Supply. These guys are AMAZING. We had an absolutely TERRIBLE and stressful experience with the Guelph Nissan dealership (read my review of what happened - I am pretty sure they just let monkeys high on LSD bang on my car with wrenches for a little while, then told me it was fixed). When we came to Central Auto Supply, we were tired, frustrated, stressed and poor (thanks, Nissan!). They were nothing but fabulous to us. They found the problem THE FIRST TIME. They fixed the problem THE FIRST TIME. AND, they charged us a reasonable price for it. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend taking your vehicles here for ANY and ALL services/repairs. These guys deserve a gold star sticker, a box of donuts and pictures of cute dogs all day long, because they do such a great job. Go see them; you won't regret it.

I only received $102 back when I returned those unopened boxes, which literally all they had to do was to put them back in the shelf. I was charged $25 for that. What a rip off.
