Aux input cable (hard wired into car) looked/felt very cheap and failed after two months (bad connection at 3.5mm jack). I asked if they would stand by their work (replace the cable) and they refused, even when I offered to provide a quality cable myself. For 10 mins labour they would have at least secured my business swapping speakers into my next car. No complaints otherwise, but I won't be going back due to customer service "epic fail".
