Brad is the most reliable and honest mechanic I've dealt with in a long time. Kathy at the front desk is lovely to work with and very friendly. You get what you pay for - it's not the cheapest place you'll find, but they don't compromise or cut corners; some places put in used parts or do patch jobs when they know you'll be back in there the following year, but not these guys. As a single mom with limited resources I love how honest and respectful the team is. I always receive amazing service and feel good knowing I'm driving a safe vehicle. During covid I had issues getting the vehicle to the shop and was so extra thankful for the pick up and drop off of my car. They even changed my wiper blades and a bulb at no extra cost and the blades cost less than they would if I bought it myself. This place is the WORST. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, Rude and Ignorant owner as well. After having my vehicle for 44 days....YES YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY 44 DAYS!!! The repairs were still NOT completed and basically got told to Ef off and take my vehicle some where else when I asked questions about what happened?? And why NO ONE CONTACTED ME? OR WHY THE REPAIRS WERE NOT MADE!????! I was completely disrespected as a customer, DESPITE the FACT that THEY DROPPED THE BALL 100%. And were completely CLUELESS on How to Find the Work Order In Their Own System. If you want to get treated RUDELY and get DISRESPECTED then go here but if you actually want to get treated with Decency and Respect as a Customer then go somewhere else. This place has ZERO Professionalism to do right by their customers when THEY dropped the ball. This Business Has A Very Low Level of Professionalism & Are Completely Disrespectful To Their Customers Who In Good Faith Bring Their Vehicles To This So Called Business.
