They dry fresh paint outdoors with dust and rain. They apply paint on dirt, so it is impossible to wash afterwards. They spray paint on windows and mirrors adjacent to the areas that need to be painted. They sand the areas of the car that don't need to be fixed and then they say "I didn't do it! It was like this when you brought it!" No communication, you never know if the car is going to be ready when they say to come pick it up. And they give you their business cards so you can tell your friends what a good job they do! Man, if you think this is a good job, what does it say about your standards?

When I asked what was being done about the damage caused to my car, the serviceman I dealt with, Chris, was arrogant and rude, refusing any compensation for the damage.
