I got a set of almost brand new Blizzak's for my car a few yrs ago. I ended up paying less then $300 for them to switch my old rims, balance them and install all 4 tires. Best tires I've ever had! If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll find them for you. I had a hubcap get stolen off a rental car the one time and couldn't find another one anywhere in the area. I guess that certain car usually came with 16" tires, and that year they decided to change them to 17" tires, for their new model. It was next to impossible to try and get that stupid hubcap anywhere! Even the dealership didn't have any in stock! The one kid that worked there at the time, ended up tracking one down for me and had it delivered to the shop the next day! They always have great staff working for them and actually seem to care about their customers, unlike some other auto wreckers around the corner from them!

Booking an appointment was easy via email, service was friendly, and they diagnosed the heater issue, brought in a replacement part, and had it installed within a couple hours. They explained the issue clearly, showed me the part that was at fault, and gave me options on what I'd like to do based on the information they provided. The only downside for me is their location, as I don't really live close enough to make this my regular shop based on convenience.

They have been great with me - letting me stop in when I had a TPM issue. They reseated my tire and let me know that the TPM was a module not in the wheel itself. It's worked fine since. I visited the new location today to swap my tires. It took about 15 minutes. All the staff are amazing. The new location is easier to get to - bright and clean. The Woodlawn location is as well but I live much closer to the Whitelaw one. I highly recommend them. Prices are great and you can't beat the staff! We will be getting new tires for our other vehicle in the fall and will definitely go to Ted's!
