Waste of money! It took Mr. Houghton less than 10 minutes to…read more"rustproof" my car, with one hand in his pocket he sprayed some oil here and there, mainly on suspension and brakes(!?). The body, mainly the pinch rail, did not get a drop of oil. My car has many pre-drilled holes from previous rust proof applications, but Mr. Houghton did not bother to spray any oil in those areas, I guess removing the rubber hole covers was too much work for him. After my car was "rustproof" at Houghton's I took it to Crown Rust Control, they spent almost an hour rustproofing my car! One more thing to mention, I went to Houghton's in January, well past their busy season and actually I was the ONLY customer there at the time, so there was no rush, yet Mr. Houghton did not bother doing a decent job because he does not care about you or your car or any other customer. Red was recommended to me to do a custom installation of my suspension air bags. Upon initial…read moreconsultation I found the lady in the front to be extremely rude and condescending. She also made me return my brand new air bags to Action auto parts where she re-purchased them and then re-sold them to me for an additional sixty dollars. Apparently this was to do with the lifetime warranty on the bags and labour. The bags were installed for me but initially they forgot to install them to my compressor. The head mechanic in the back told me that I didnt ask to have it connected to my compressor in which I replied "why wouldn't I want them reconnected?" When I got home that evening the bags all inflated because of a loose connection. When I called to have them repaired I was told that I wasn't welcome to return because I was rude to the mechanic. What? I then spoke to the rude lady in the front again where she used such a foul language that I was truly embarassed for her. I returned to Action Truck Parts where they took a look at the job that Red had completed for me. The air bags were installed wrong and were rubbing on my frame and had actually rubbed a hole completely through one of them. They also found that the bottom of that particular bag was not even bolted down and could move all around freely. I would never use these idiots again and I am warning everyone to stay away from these incompetant people
