I can't believe I didn't write a review for this when I first came here a couple months ago…read more Oil Changers is a game changer. I honestly used to hate changing my car oil as it takes forever and the employees always "recommend" their products in the most douchebag way. Oil Changer was highly reviewed and since I worked in the area I decided to take a loooong lunch and do my oil as well. My loooong lunch was unnecessary. My car was given back to me within 8 minutes. 8 freaking minutes. 8 freaking mind blowing minutes. They topped up my engine fluid, my washer fluid, checked my filters, my radiator fluids, my exhaust system blah blah blah and they asked me if I wanted to change my wipers. My wipers are garbage and they needed to be replaced 3 years ago. They told me it would be cheaper at Costco if I didn't want to splurge too much. OmyfreakingGod. The team here is magnificent. Customer service is priority alongside the work they do. The girl in the front (sorry I don't know your name!!!) but she is so easy going and friendly that it makes you enjoy your 8 freaking minutes. I will never go anywhere else.

They informed me to help me save money and I appreciated their honesty. I still went ahead with the oil change. They also tightened some loose screws, and informed me of some potential areas that may need future servicing.

I was referred to Superior Auto on Jutland Street in Etobicoke by a friend. I have a 2018 BMW X3,…read moreso was limited with the shops I could go to. I was a little hesitant because I live all the way downtown. Well, my friends, it was well worth it! I was attending by Paul, on of the owners and told him that I was told by McDermott Motors (my other local BMW shop that I have been using for 3 years) that my brakes did not need servicing unlike I was told. McDermott also told me that I needed a brake fluid flush, which Paul said was not necessary. McDermott also quoted me over $500.00 for a cracked coolant reservoir, where as Paul was able to do it for just over $300.00. Superior Auto tells it like it is - they will not get you for unnecessary work. Forget McDermott Motors! Hello Superior Auto and hello Paul! If you didn't have all those tattoos and look so intimidating, I would have hugged you!

The owner when I first met a few years ago opened and took me in on Labor Day when I called him directly just for me to fix a cracked pipe connecting to the catalytic converter. This was as loud as a check unbelievable. Just the service for him coming out on Labor Day and opening up the shop I paid him for the repair and also tipped him $50 for what he did. Ever since then he was the man to go to for all your auto needs. What he says in terms of rates he never changes them during a job which is quite a great show of integrity and honesty. This is most likely the best shop in Devon area for your auto needs hands down. Second time around he replaced another piece on the other side of the muffler or a piece broke and he also added stabilizers that I had purchased at a auto shop for the front end and charge me a minimal price for that and did a great job and overall he always does great. They were looking for an honest professional mechanic this is the man you need to come to. Anything to everybody at t-bird Muffler and Auto services and I highly recommend this place.

I called Mark's Auto service to see if they worked on classics, I spoke to Mark himself and…read morementioned that I had an oil leak, and that I was aware that these classics were noted for leaks, I stated that I was aware that the valve covers and oil pan were sweating, but did not know if the front crank seal was leaking or not. He set up an appointment for 9:30 on a Wed. morning, I was there right on time, not sure why he requested I bring it in that day as it sat there all day and they did not look at it until the following morning. Mark called me the next morning and asked if I would like to come down and see it while it was on the hoist. I went down and he told me exactly what I had already told him ( that the valve covers and oil pan had a very slow leak) he did tell me that the front crank seal was not leaking and said that I could drive it like that and bring it in later if I chose to have the gaskets replaced. I decided to wait until the fall. They presented me with a bill for 175.00 just to look at the vehicle, another 4.38 enviromental fee ( do not know how they came up with an enviromental fee to look at a vehicle) plus the tax which was grand total of 202.13 just to look at the vehicle in order to provide me with a quote to repair the leaks. I have several classics and have never in all of my life been charged to look at any of my vehicles to quote on a repair, I said to Mark that I could possibly understand a small charge to look at it but this was rediculous, his response was that is what it cost and he walked into another room leaving me with no alternative but to pay this rediculous bill. It is far less expensive to take your vehicle to a dealer than it is to this place, I will not be taking it back there to have the gaskets replaced and strongly suggest that if you require any repairs on your vehicle that you take your vehicle to another shop where you will be treated fairly !!!!
