I spoke to Katy and I have never met a person as unprofessional as she is. When attempting to explain my issues with their work I was cut off repeatedly and unable to finish a single sentence. Her response to my criticism was simply to yell over any attempt at conversation. She is unqualified and uneducated to represent this business on any level. Eventually she just repeatedly hung up on me refusing to answer ANY questions. Has no comprehension whatsoever on how to deal with people in a professional courteous manner. I explained that our conversation would be reflected in my review of Red Auto and was informed that they "do not care about customer reviews" When I expressed how unprofessional she was she started screaming that I was racist for saying that. I was truly shocked at that accusation and let her know that immediately. This was my last interaction with her. I have never spoken with her before this exchange and hopefully will never have to again. A short time later a person named Alex who claimed to be the installer called me. His approach to customer service was almost identical to Katys. Would not let me finish a sentence and simply screamed at me. He then questioned if my " parents taught me any manners" as he continued to yell and interrupt me. He told me that I needed to bring my car in for him to look at. I explained to him that given my treatment by Katy I was not comfortable that I would be treated fairly by him or his company. He said that "no women would be working on my car and that their place is only behind the counter not touching cars" I took offense at that statement and told him so. I then explained I would have my own professional re-checking his work.That was the end of our communication. I spent almost $3000 for work to my car that was not delivered as promised.The cost for the exhaust was approx $1400. There was other work done that is separate from this cost and is not part of my complaint. Only the exhaust is my issue. I paid for a FULL exhaust system and was only given an exhaust from the rear axles. Not even close to what I paid for. Definitely lied to about the work done. I had my mechanic question the work that I paid for and was told that it was NOT a full exhaust installed. I will never recommend this business to anyone and will definitely not return. A truly regrettable experience from start to finish and I am stunned by their behavior and approach to customer service. Save your hard earned money and spend it at a reputable trustworthy business. Never use this place they're over priced and no experience trying to charge me for 3 days labour when the job requires 5 hrs total as per the 3 quotes I received . Love red automotive brought my car in for an oil and tire change it only took an hour of waiting usually other shops tell me to come back the next day, they have good prices and like to start conversations with me while I am waiting, Dylan the receptionist is super nice and has an awsome car he was talking to me about tips on how to improve my car. David the owner is super friendly he works super hard, he will stay in the shop until everything is done and tells me all that he did and how he did it. Absolute filth, From the receptionist Dylan to the owner Katherine and her smooth brained husband David. The 3 of these loonies put together couldn't figure out right from left. I had my Precision 5858 journal bearing turbo installed from these NPC's. I thought hey the receptionist drives a cool car he'll know what he's doing, He unfortunately did not. They installed a oil restrictor smaller then the tip of a pen allowing no oil to be passed through the turbo. The day of picking up my car I asked Dylan if they DID install a oil restrictor to what Dylan said "no, you don't put oil restrictors on Journal bearing turbos". Just as you guessed the turbo blew. I called Dylan the next morning to address the situation where I was asked to come into the shop to talk to them face to face. When I arrived to Red Automotive I was calm and professional (words that can not describe any of the 3 scrooges) Dylan was silent through the entire interaction like a kid who got caught with his hand in the cookie jar. I don't blame him, I would be the same way if I didn't know what I was doing and where I was. Thank god that Dylan also does real-estate a couple times a week aside from his killer receptionist job, more his pace! Good job lil bro. Katherine on the other hand is the prime example of just a really bad person :( down to the core awful. She yelled at me, called me names, called me broke, swore at me infront of her young children (great parenting btw) and racially profiled me. Please note that I am 20 years old and she is probably 45ish. Her behavior as a business owner is disgusting. Her husband David Nowak is the so called "mechanic" at Red automotive. I genuinely feel bad for David, The whole time I was at Red auguring with Mrs.Doria about my turbo, David had his 2 cents to share but Katherine kept him on a very very very short leash, constantly telling him to shut up, don't speak, go away ect. I am sorry that you had to endure that level of disrespect and humiliation from your wife David. The odd change David did get to open his mouth he said stuff like "Precision turbos have no idea what they are doing" (David said this after I got a email from an Engineer at Precision turbos stating that oil restrictors don't go on journal bearing turbos). In the end nothing ever happened for me unfortunately :( Please stay away from this hack job Mickey mouse club house repair shop. I do believe in karma so I do believe that everyone in that building will get exactly what they deserve. Side note: I do really hope David finds true love, that brother looked genuinely upset or maybe he's happy that his wife tells him when he can and can not use the little boys room. I really hope my money went to a good cause like your kids education fund or something and not getting Katherine another augmentation mammoplasty Thanks again team! read more

Not valid if you are "rude" I had to go to a different shop because the owner who lets her toddler run loose around the shop says it doesn't matter if I had a customer signature because she owns the business and what she says goes? Really terrible experience and customer service I will be seeing you in court. Any type of warranty or customer signature doesn't mean nothing. Went to the mechanic next door and had no issues.
