We came to sign for the car and pay when the sales women said we had been miss quoted for licensing on the car and we would have to pay the difference. i tried to calmly explain to her that the final price we had signed for three days ago was the price we would buy the car for and we wouldn't be paying the extra as that was not part of the original deal and contract. at this point she became very hostile towards telling us we would have to pay or she'd take the plates off the car and how i was being extremely rude and mean. she left and went to talk to her manager and she came back and said they would eat the cost but for our future reference we should fully get the price before showing up and that i was a very angry person. at this point i became upset with her and asked to finish the deal with the manager . when he came in he said the original price is what we would pay but that i should calm down and be nicer and that he also put new rotors on the car for over 400 dollars. the rotors had to be replaced anyway because they had failed the safety. we finally got the car but not until we had endured a half hour of insults and aggressive behavior and it wasn't our fault that the sales person had priced out the licensing fees wrong. in the end its a nice car but i have never been treated so terribly in my life by anyone that i was buying a expensive item from. buyer beware at this dealership

The entire glass should've been covered being at this man spent $80,000 with them and picked the vehicle up in this broken condition and it just proceeded to get worse they claim to not be racist against the two Arabic men yet they're refusing to do any further business with them, or help them with the windshield in any way shape or form due to the fact that these Arabic men are accusing them of being racist, which clearly they are i'm a third-party friend that reached out cause I'm English speaking and I was given nothing but disrespect from the managers hung up on by everyone who worked there and it was a terrible experience for a car dealership.
