Quality Car Sales

I had a great experience with Quality Car, everyone was extremely friendly each time I visited…read more While walking around the lot, the salesmen were present but didn't follow or pressure me. Everything that they said would be done to the car (some minor paint fixes, added matts, replaced windshield etc.) was complete when I picked it up. After purchasing my car, they even helped linkup my phone to my car before I drove off the lot. My only surprise, was that it came with winter tires rather than all-seasons and they didn't mention anything to me. Make sure to be thorough before purchasing!

Be a savvy consumer- their salespeople may skip over important details about the vehicle. When I took my car to my mechanic for routine maintenance, he told me to take off the winter tires off or I'd ruin them on the warm pavement. This was news to me! Quality Car never never mentioned that the vehicle only came with winter tires, I had assumed they were all-seasons. I had not budgeted for having to purchase regular tires. I called Dillon, the salesperson at Quality, to inform him. He tried making it sound like I was lucky to have winters- like it was a bonus. I explained that if it was such a perk, it would have been advertised by a sales company. Having all-seasons doesn't require you to buy winters. But only having winters necessitates purchasing another set of tires. I was not happy! Also after purchasing, I was informed that the car only came with one key fob, no back up. The key fob I received was faulty - within 4 months I had to replace the battery 4 times. I went back to Quality Car, Dillon had his "key guy" come in. The key guy told me it was a battery issue (which didn't make sense since the override function didn't even work when the key was pressed against the ignition push-starter). Dillon then made it sound like he was doing me a big favour to sell me a new key for $255. I had not budgeted for having to buy new tires and a new key so soon after buying a new vehicle. Buyer beware!! I won't be back.

This company has now start dealing in used cars. I would like to share my bad experience to warn…read moreother people. We went to this dealership from an hour away location. It is owned by a father and son. We were looking for a BMW and so we went there after checking some google reviews. I would like to point out that most of their reviews are fake. Initially, the son of the owner showed 2 cars and they seemed ok. But once we went inside to discuss the numbers the whole story changed. First of all, the salesman which happens to be the owner's son showed us the carproof which had 6 months old report date. When I asked that if he had a recent version, he said you should be looking at the print date. Really?? Anyone can print a 10 year old document and the print date still will be today's date. This is a trap to sell you accidental cars. When we asked if the price could be matched with other dealers, the son called his father or the owner of the place and he started a very insulting conversation. They should advertise that it is a no haggle shop. They are not even willing to drop off a single dollar. They don't know how to talk to people and have no sense of customer service. The owner acts as a totally illiterate person. When we said that we are not willing to buy the car, he still kept pushing and jnsulting. He said show me how you are calculating the payments and started a debate. The cars are not worth it. They even charge the cost of detailing the cars from customers $400 which no dealer charges. It was our worst experience and we would not recommend anyone to go there. Also beware they may sell you a rental vehicle as they have a rental business as well.

We had lost a lug nut and the vibration was so bad we could not drive over 20 km to get to the dealership. No one told us we needed to have the wheels torqued after 400 km. Next issue came 6 months later. December 7, 2025 - Driving to Toronto on the 401 we lost power to the gas and managed to get to the shoulder. We had the jeep towed to Kitchener Chrysler on a Sunday and on Monday morning i tried to call the service department to let them know our Jeep was there, but i could only leave a message. By 10:00 a service tech called and asked why my jeep was there. (so far no one had checked the messages on their answering service, no name was given either) I told him what had happened. He said he was too busy to look at his bays where full. he was not very helpful and rude. I asked if someone could call me back and let me know when something could be done. A day later on Tuesday i received a text indicating that it needed parts for the differential and two axles. They could get all but one axle and no eta on the final part. I asked about a loaner car till our jeep was fixed and i was told that i should rent a vehicle. I made the decision to remove our jeep and take it somewhere else. Glad i did. We had our Jeep returned to us in 2 weeks. When i had our Jeep picked up the man in the service bay was not very helpful. I had asked if anything had been done and if i could drive it out of the parking space for the tow truck. He told me they didnt touch anything and no idea if the Jeep drives. Only good thing here is that there was no charge for the diagnostic. I called Jeep and talked to a very lovely person there who was very helpful and transferred me to the Service Manager, who i did talk to. He was nice enough to take my call and after I gave him my experience he advised he would have the General Manager call me. It is now Jan 20 and the General Manager has not yet call. I am very disappointed that i was treated to badly. I will never advise anyone to buy or have their vehicle serviced here.

BAD, BAD, BAD! These are the people who give car salesmen a…read morebad name. Went here to see a specific car listed on the internet and got in to go for a test drive. As soon as I looked at the dashboard, I saw that the mileage was almost twice as high as the internet listing. No apology or explanation was given and they would not even negotiate the price to reflect the actual mileage of the car. It's understood that car dealerships rip people off but most try to hide the fact.

I didn't catch it when I picked up the car and when I contacted them a few days later they claimed they had no record of the stone chip. Their solution was for me to get it filled. When I took it to an auto glass place to be filled, upon their inspection the chip had already been filled. So they certified a car with a stone chip in the windshield banking on me not noticing and they got away with it. The ministry can't do anything once it's my possession because it can't be proven that it was there when they were selling it. I informed Jason the owner that the stone chip had already been filled and their solution for me has been absolutely no response because they know there's nothing I can do about it and they can just wait for the safety certificate to expire. I certainly wouldn't trust them to do any repairs or the mechanic who passed the safety if they are so willing to be shady. As a female driver it certainly gets tiring having to deal with people in the auto industry who have no integrity and only see they're profit margin and will take advantage any chance they get. I may have been fooled once, but not twice; they won't see my business again nor will they see it from those who ask for recommendations.
