The person working on my car was named Jakob kemp and he made my car worse than it was before, he fell onto my car and made a massive (low taper fade) dent and he said he wouldn't fix it unless I gave him sum head I asked for a manager and he didn't comply with my request. My daughter is a university student living in Guelph away from home. I was looking online for a place she could take her car to have a new indicator bulb put in. I came across a nice review for Auto Clinic so thought I would try them. They were very nice on phone. They offered to wait until my daughter finished her class to bring her car in. They fixed her issue right away and were very kind to her. About a year ago, I went to se Donald (Mechanic) and he diagnosed a potential issue and indicated that should keep a close ear to a probable issue with my Truck/Ford 150 differential ......sure enough after 1 year I experienced the issue failure as forewarned.
