He puts up with my endless questions while I am looking at cars. I also have my vehicles serviced here. In the past, when I had a vehicle under warranty, I have been to dealerships to get warranty work done. These dealerships then told me how much more work I needed. So then I would go to Werner's and ask them what REALLY needed to be done. In the majority of cases, the work suggested was unnecessary. Willy and Werner are always honest and upfront with what work a vehicle needs. Ashley, the assistant, is always cheerful and helpful. The mechanics are first rate! If you want a used car, I can not recommend Werner's enough. The staff are amazing and they make you feel like family! The service is fast and very reasonably priced.
