I got a set of almost brand new Blizzak's for my car a few yrs ago. I ended up paying less then $300 for them to switch my old rims, balance them and install all 4 tires. Best tires I've ever had! If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll find them for you. I had a hubcap get stolen off a rental car the one time and couldn't find another one anywhere in the area. I guess that certain car usually came with 16" tires, and that year they decided to change them to 17" tires, for their new model. It was next to impossible to try and get that stupid hubcap anywhere! Even the dealership didn't have any in stock! The one kid that worked there at the time, ended up tracking one down for me and had it delivered to the shop the next day! They always have great staff working for them and actually seem to care about their customers, unlike some other auto wreckers around the corner from them!

The same gentleman that work there said my front brake pad had 2mm left on it . And said that if I wanted they can replace it and they have a special deal on brakes that week etc. I declined. Pass forward it's August now I for shit and giggle decided to check my pads . Well the front brake pad has 8mm left on them and the rotors are in good condition. Back pads are 6mm and rotor is good condition. Where did the 2mm came from? And I have check them pads with a digital caliper . A minitoyo even. As I work as a tool maker. They try to scam you on brake pad rotor. They want you to get it replaced with there special offers even you don't need it . We then called Midas on Hespeler in Cambridge, they were able to take us in right away, even though they were also busy. They were able to order a new tire have it delivered and put onto our car within 1 hour and a half!! They are friendly, accommodating and have incredible customer service. Booking an appointment was easy via email, service was friendly, and they diagnosed the heater issue, brought in a replacement part, and had it installed within a couple hours. They explained the issue clearly, showed me the part that was at fault, and gave me options on what I'd like to do based on the information they provided. The only downside for me is their location, as I don't really live close enough to make this my regular shop based on convenience.

I told the technician I had just replaced the wipers 3 months back and therefore they shouldn't need replacing to which he said the inspector observed they were "streaking" and AGRT would not sign off on the safety until I had replaced them to the tune of $40. Streaking!? Windshield wipers do that sometimes. I paid the $40 but the whole situation just left me feeling like I had just been taken advantage of. Beware your "streaking" windshield wipers if you're coming in for a safety.
