The mechanic refused to fix the damage he caused and wanted me to pay him an additional cost ($180) when it was his fault for his careless and inexperienced handling of my vehicle. I got a second opinion from another mechanic and he confirmed that the damage was due to the previous mechanics installation of the part. The other mechanic only ended up charging me $120 for his services. Not only did he try to overcharge me and make me pay for the damage he caused; he was extremely rude, unprofessional, expensive and inexperienced. I highly do NOT recommend you using their service. He is a very dishonest person.

They are all so courteous and professional. Caden (sp?) the owner's grandson and Jeff the Service Manager were so very helpful and prompt in servicing me (on a Saturday morning, albeit) and Jeff was extremely informative when I asked him numerous questions. This is my 4th time dealing with Carline and I can't recommend these guys enough. Now, when something fails on my car, I no longer panic as I know I'm in the best of hands.
