It's been a long time since I experienced such great customer service, especially in the automotive world. As an owner in a panic, and as a woman who doesn't know anything about cars, James and his team treated me with respect and kindness throughout the entire process. THANK YOU!

I thought it might be the pandemic and it might be time to give them another chance. Boy do I regret it. I made an appointment weeks in advance for an early morning and put both online and with the lady on the phone that the a/c was not working -- the air blows but it doesn't get cold. Brought my car in on time. The person at the desk told me they couldn't say when it would be looked at as they "only have two a/c techs." Went for a local appointment and walked by Eccles 2 hours later -- my car was still in the same spot I left it. Went home, called four hours after I'd left my car there for an update as I hadn't heard anything. They hadn't looked at it yet and didn't know "where it is in the lineup." ??? Isn't the point of having a 9:30 appointment that it is in the 9:30 slot? Isn't that what anyone would expect for an appointment anywhere? Would anyone who works at Eccles be ok with this themselves -- dinner reservations, dentists, doctors, haircuts, anything? You show up at 9:30, hang around until 1:30, ask them when you'll be seen and they tell you they don't know where you are in the lineup? No. I told them in that case I would come pick up my car and take it to the dealership. Did so. Got there and got my keys and the lady said, "I'm sorry, I was hoping I could get it looked at today, but we only have two a/c techs." WHY ON EARTH ARE YOU OFFERING A SERVICE THAT YOU CAN'T DO? If you can't do it, don't make us go through the effort of time off work to bring it in only for you to hold the car hostage because you aren't actually able to fill the service that day. How long would it have been sitting in that lot, waiting just for someone to look at it and figure out what's wrong? Never again. Never ever ever taking a car of mine to Eccles ever again.

The mechanic, Shane, was incredibly thorough and the fact that I know I can trust that the things they tell me I need are actually needed instead of just trying to make a buck off me is the best part. They will also give me a heads up of things I need in the future so I can financially plan for it. Even the car cleaner is wonderful. He went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of my passenger window because soil oil spray has gotten into the window well and I hadn't had a chance to clean it yet. I've been taking my 2019 Suburban and my previous 2009 Silverado to Stop N Go for probably more than 10 years. Shane, Matt and Todd always make sure they take the best care of me. She was told there was no storage fee for the first time as part of a new customer promotion. She then went back in April 2025 for her swap and to re-store her tires. They charged her the storage fee ($100). Now we have moved, and she wants to get her tires out. We call and they say it will be $100. We ask why, and they said because when she paid in April was for her previous storage (Nov 2024-April 2025) and not for her most recently storage (April 2025-present). She said that can't be true because her first time storage (Nov 2024-April 2025) was free, so what she paid in April would have to be for her current storage. They said they never even did a new customer promotion like that. They then transferred her between three callers, all of them berating her and calling her difficult, and then they started saying "Go get your lawyer. Do you just not have $100? Do you need a donation?" They then told her to not show up without the money or she isn't getting her tires.
