I have been going here for years, these guys are as good as it gets and I would not bring my repairs anywhere else. ***** Honest - in what work needs to be done and what can wait ***** Reliable - they stand by their work ***** Competitively Priced - Will work with you to keep the costs down Here are a few selected times that Dynamic earned my trust. 1997 Toyota Tercel 7 years ago: I had a hole in my muffler and took my Tercel to the Toyota dealership. Toyota told me I needed to replace the entire Muffler system ($900 + Labor), I asked if they couldn't just replace/repair the section with the hole and they said impossible the whole thing had to be done. I told Toyota I would deal with the extra noise and not do the repair. A few months later Is the first time I went to Dynamic Auto (they were the only shop in the area that did Drive Clean tests). They told me right away that they couldn't run the test with a hole in the muffler but they could take a look if I wanted. They came back to me and said it's a rusted hole in the pipe and they could replace that for $30. I approved and that muffler lasted me 2 more years until I sold the car without shelling out $900 to Toyota for an un-needed replacement. After that I knew Tracy and Cam from Dynamic were stand up and trustworthy guys. I started bringing all of my repairs and oil changes there. Since then they have never let me down. 2007 Hyundai Entourage Next car I had was a Hyundai Minivan and because it was under warranty I was bringing it to Hyundai for oil changes, but just at the end of the warranty period I brought it to Dynamic for an oil change. Right away they told me there was a problem. They noticed a strange color on the oil and said it was likely from metal rubbing in the engine so they they went further and cut open the Oil Filter. In the filter they found shreds of metal, not a good sign. I had been complaining to Hyundai for at least a year that I was hearing a knocking noise and every time they told me it was nothing or they didn't hear it. But one oil change at Dynamic and Tracy found the problem right away. He even went as far as ripping apart the engine as far as he could to find that a bearing slipped off a piston and was shredding away in the engine for months. Dynamic even helped me negotiate with the Hyundai Dealership and in the end they replaced the engine. As I said they are stand up guys that truly care about their customers and their vehicles, going above and beyond to help us get Hyundai to replace the engine even though he didn't get the work out of it. Now that I have a new car I am not making the same mistake of bringing my oil changes to the dealer, they are getting done at Dynamic where I know an actual Mechanic will be doing the work and not some part time kids. read more

They perform quality work and are beyond honest, performing only what repairs needs to be done, and they get to the root of things that dealerships just seem to miss. Cam was very punctual over the phone in booking my appointment. The seating area isn't the nicest, but typical for a smaller mechanic shop.
