They are one of the CAA approved auto body repair shops in Toronto. I have had two small repairs and took both to their convenient location on Eastern Ave. The work was done as described and in the time expected. I find them very professional and would recommend them without hesitation for any type of auto body repair. Both times I went I only priced the job with them and both times I thought the price was a little high but since I didn't shop around I don't know if it was comparable to others. I like this business. They are a family run business and a local small business. They take pride in the work they do, which to me deserves repeat business. I hope not to have another repair job but if I do I am comfortable taking the fix to Michael & Michael Autobody. He told me the headlight was $15 and he wasn't sure about labour because some cars require the battery to be moved. I brought it over, and he had the new headlight in the car in less than 10 minutes and only charged me $5 labour. That's $20, and my regular guy charges $35-40 for the same job! Really pleasant, honest, and reasonable. I'll use them again!

I took my car to Kyros Auto in the spring for some routine maintenance and was advised of an issue…read more It made a lot of sense, and matched issues I had observed, and I proceeded with the repair work. After the work the car was driving like new. So far so good. About 6 months later, time to change to winter tires, during which I was told that a component of the stuff they repaired in the spring was showing early signs of wear and they would replace it under warranty. I bring the car in for that, and afterwards the car steering seems weird, weird enough that I think it's unsafe to drive. I return but get no resolution. During a conversation a few days later I find out that when they replaced the failing part under warranty they used a part from another manufacturer, and claimed it was better. Perhaps, perhaps not. They replaced it again with a new one from the first manufacturer. The steering is still as weird as before. So the part is not the problem. I finally find out that the mechanic that worked on it in the spring is not the one working on it now. I was basically told to go to another garage to get it fixed. Obviously they don't have a good mechanic any more. What a waste of time.
