The mechanic, Shane, was incredibly thorough and the fact that I know I can trust that the things they tell me I need are actually needed instead of just trying to make a buck off me is the best part. They will also give me a heads up of things I need in the future so I can financially plan for it. Even the car cleaner is wonderful. He went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of my passenger window because soil oil spray has gotten into the window well and I hadn't had a chance to clean it yet. I've been taking my 2019 Suburban and my previous 2009 Silverado to Stop N Go for probably more than 10 years. Shane, Matt and Todd always make sure they take the best care of me. I recently moved 2+ hours away but still take my Suburban to them for my regular maintenance because I trust their knowledge, skill and honesty the most that I couldn't imagine putting my truck in someone elses care. Thanks for always taking care of me and making sure I'm safe, as well as always making me feel like family rather than just a customer.
