They informed me to help me save money and I appreciated their honesty. I still went ahead with the oil change. They also checked my tire pressure and windshield water fluid, and cleaned my front windshield. Although the manager was aware that this is a problem, the mechanic didn't, and so didn't flag it for us. When we took the car to another mechanic in the Fall to change back to the winter tires, we were made aware of the risk of hairline cracks on the rims that can result from this going forward. Jiffy Lube's Manager failed to take responsibility, saying it is up to the customer to flag this and supply the lug nuts.

I asked also if the maintenance light could be turned off. When I go the car the maintenance light was still on. I checked the fluids myself and automatic transmission fluid and the power steering fluid were low. The only thing this shop is good at that you can trust is them making out the bill. Since the oil filter was not changed , I was forced to go to Lexus dealer garage to change the oil filter. You can imagine my surprise, when Lexus mechanic told me that tires were not rotated either! As you can see , on the Master Mechanic invoice one of two items listed is "rotated tires". I called Master Mechanic, they ask me to come back for rotation. BUT, ONCE I HAVE BEEN LIED TO, MY TRUST IS LOST. Lexus also changed the oil filter without any problems. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED MASTER MECHANIC HIGH PARK. I dropped my car off for an oil change and it was ready only an hour later, despite the fact that this is a really small place and the bays were already full. They told me that I could pick it up after work, but I got the Hubster to get it. The damage, $40, which is great considering I've paid $60 to get an oil change on this car before (damn imports and their expensive oil filters!) We both found the service to be prompt, professional and friendly. As long as I live here, I'll be happy to bring my car in for oil changes, drive clean tests and other minor stuff.

Very frustrating experience…read more I brought my car in for a noise issue and was charged $1,400 to replace a wheel bearing. The noise was still there. I brought it back and was charged another $1,100, and again was told the issue was fixed. It wasn't. Two days later I took the car to Southside Auto and they diagnosed the real problem within 10 minutes -- the right-side wheel bearing. This also meant that parts were replaced at the first garage that did not need to be replaced to resolve the original noise issue. They also pointed out a dented rotor on the right side that was causing a loud noise when braking. When I tried to discuss this with Angelo and asked about a partial refund, my concerns were dismissed. After spending about $2,500, the original issue was never properly diagnosed here. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
