Long time customer here. Have been coming to this place for over 10 years now, after my dad who has been coming here longer told me about it. Bring all the family vehicles here for tires, brakes, oil change, etc. Not one complaint in over 10 years. The service, pricing, and customer service is always great. We've had European, Japanese, and domestics. They work on all of them, and if there is something specialized (ie specific luxury german car programming or recalls) they just give me the honest advice and advise what to do as opposed to trying to make a quick buck off me. They're a great shop to drop in, get things done on time, and then be on your way. Most importantly for a mechanic they explain things well, no nasty surprises, and the pricing is very fair and transparent. They're always happy to help in a pinch, they give honest good advice, and it's frankly a pleasure to have an honest mechanic. Hard thing to come by! I stopped in unannounced, and with no appointment as i had a very flat tire. Owner Paul said he'd be happy to have my car looked after even tho it was clear he had other cars to attend to. He said if i waited 10 minutees he would get to my tire while i waited. And he did! I was so impressed I returned a few days later and asked him to have my brakes done. He thoroughly explained the process and even offered to show me the used parts. The job was completed on time and within the estimated cost Friendly , knowledgeable service at a decent price. Not a fancy repair shop but the service is excellent. It looks family owned - father and sons. Welcoming, caring people, they explained almost in "medical" auto terms what was the issue with our car and since i know nothing about cars I needed all that detailed explanation :) They are priced very reasonably, you will feel at peace parting with your $. A lot of people I know visit this shop and they are going to hate me for opening this place up to the world. Call Eugene or Paul if your car is in trouble. Paul wanted to get to the bottom of the issue and even searched for any recalls saving us money. Turns out there was a recall on our issue. Now the authorized dealers will fix it :) I've been generous with my stars lately but it's well deserved in this case. read more
