I called and a spoke with Paul and he quoted his price, as I was busy, I did not shop around. I came in on the following Tuesday to have my mirror evaluated by Joseph, and told him to go ahead and order my mirror. He said it would take a few days and he would call when it was ready. What ensued was more fitting of a dark comedy: 1. First try, after being late and finally getting the mirror ready, I went there and they had painted the wrong mirror because the electrical prong did not match my mirror. I told them to put back my old mirror and I drove away. Only to realize that they had shattered the glass on my mirror and as it was dark I had not noticed it right away. 2. I went away, only to be called back a week later to change the mirror the second time. I came in; they changed the mirror, tried to charge a little extra. They did not give me an invoice and the proof of payment until I asked them. 3. I called them the next day, I told them that the mirror was shaky and that I would bring it back to have to have it evaluated. 4. I visited them and they dismissed it right out of hand. They told me to "keep an eye on it". 5. I visited the shop again and they conceited that the mirror was faulty because it was an after market part, although I never told them to install a cheap mirror, I would have been happy to pay for a better one. They said they will try to source it through the dealer. 6. After a few days, I called them again rather they calling to me resolve the issue. I told them to go ahead with the order. And then no update for mare than a week and I called Joseph again, and he told me, he was looking after it. 7. Finally it was January 12/2016 and I came in to have the mirror swapped out, only to find our they had the wrong mirror again!!!! 8. On January 18/2016, they were supposed to come to my work at 11:00 AM to change the mirror, only to show up around 2:00 PM after I called Joseph. Then tried to stick me with a bill that was $200 higher than what I had already agreed to pay for the mirror to be replaced by a better quality one. It should have been free considering their constant missteps. All I can say is, avoid these very unprofessional team that have absolutely no regard for your time and and money. Save yourselves, go elsewhere.

I was not able to get my car serviced by…read morethem, and cannot comment on their actual mechanical services) I was looking for a new shop near my work, and decided to buy a groupon to try out this place. All the groupon reviews seemed positive, so I was a little hopeful that this could become my regular shop. When it came to booking an appointment, it took 4 phone calls because no one would answer the phone. I was finally able to get a hold of them and booked an appointment for the next day. They didn't take any information down - just the model of the car. And I made sure to tell them I had a Groupon. When I showed up for the appointment, there was no one at the office/ front desk. There were two customers in the waiting area and they didn't know where the staff were... "they're probably busy". I waited 15-20 mins... standing by the reception desk, while the phone kept ringing (of course...). I could see there were people working in the garage, and I made eye contact with a couple of them, and I waved to get their attention - nothing. There was no bell to ring or "Be right back" sign. I wasn't expecting exceptional customer service; I just wanted to get my oil changed and go home after a long day. I traded in my groupon for something else. They might be good - but I got a horrible first impression. Visiting them was a waste of time and gas. If they are trying to attract new customers through Groupon, they need to assess their staffing needs.

Mister John Auto Collision - They really did an amazing job.  Unfortunately major communication issues resulted in a disappointing overall experience.

One of the best Bodyshops I've ever dealt with!!…read more They recently worked on my 2015 BMW M4 after an accident and the car looks good as new I must add, it was a very technical body repair given how the car was rear ended and had damages to the side as well. Raquel, the amazing customer relations coordinator, makes everything look seamless and easy. The Italian gentlemen Frank & Dominic, who have been in business for decades, own and run the shop in a very professional, courteous and excellent manner. They're the experts to tell you exactly what needs to be done and what to expect. They got the car ready much sooner than the scheduled timeframe. I'm very picky on customer service in general and quality of the workmanship when it comes to my cars. I can confidently say I probably wouldn't have received the same level of excellence had I gone somewhere else.

They have a very friendly and helpful staff that went out of the way to make me feel comfortable leaving my car in their hands. After giving me their initial estimate for repairs, I left my car with them with the understanding that there might be some differences between the initial estimate and the final cost. Well after three weeks went by, I decided to call them the day before picking up my car to make sure the car was ready and to see what the final damage was. I was surprised to find that the total cost of the repairs was now over $1700 CAD over the initial estimate of ~$6400 CAD. After calling in and talking to Frank about the additional charges, he spent some time explaining to me the reason for the charges and was kind enough to help me out by bringing down the additional cost down to over $1500 CAD by reducing their service fee. At the end of the day, once I was able to process everything that Frank and I had discussed. I was fine with the additional cost because I probably would have requested the same repairs and parts to have been done but I was left feeling unsettled due to what seemed like a huge overnight increase in total cost. On the day of the pick up, the car was immaculate and they really did an amazing job fixing my car to a like new condition. The mechanics were checked out and the car was detailed and ready to go. Unfortunately, their amazing work was marred by the fact that they didn't contact me once throughout the repair process to give me an update on revisions to the initial estimate or additional charges throughout the process. Even though I was already prepared for a possible price increase of $500-$700, I definitely should have received notices or updates on some of the larger additional charges either via phone or email during the repair process. After voicing my concerns on the day of the pickup, I was told that someone definitely follow up and call me back to address my concerns. As of yet though, I haven't heard anything, which is really unfortunate considering the amazing work that they do.
