I called 8 different body shops and everyone told me it would take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to repair the scratch. The quotes ranged from anywhere between $300 and $600. Eventually I was given the name of this shop by a friend and what a relief. They told me that it would be a simple touch up with some minor buffing of the area. A couple of hours at most with a $150 quote. Feeling a little hesitant, I left the car with them. They called me back approximately 3.5 hours from when I dropped off the car letting me know that it was ready. I went back to pick up the car and the scratch was gone. Invisible to the eye. This shop was honest, upfront and quick with the repair. This is what every body shop should be.

My driver side door had swung open in the wind when I was getting out hitting another car's outside mirror which caused damage to above my driver side door that I would see every day getting into my car. I brought my car to Hawley when I called as they told me to bring my car into look at. One of their service guys polished out the area that was hit as if nothing had happened to the top part of my driver's door which was damaged. I went to Hawley Collision Center (recommended by my insurance company) as well as other repair shops to get an estimate. Hawley was the only one who gave me the quickest turnaround time! Only a few hours later they called me and said they ordered my window, applied my tints and could install it the next day at 9am. The installation had to wait a day due to my tints still being wet otherwise, if I didn't have tints they would've easily installed it the same day. I left my vehicle with them and could only pick it up after 6 due to work and Dee (owner) said it wasn't a problem and could even wait until 7pm for me. Talk about outstanding customer service! Dee and Eric were extremely friendly and professional. Thank you for restoring my car to what it was before. You saved me from freezing my a** off and the embarrassment of driving around with a taped plastic bag. I noticed they even detailed my car!
