1-Star Review I…read moretrusted this place based on all the positive reviews, but now I truly believe most of them might have been written by the shop itself. I brought in my 2025 Mercedes GLE Coupé for a very minor scratch on the rear bumper -- a small mark from my driveway. When I picked up the car three days later, I was honestly shocked. The bumper had been painted so poorly that it didn't match the rest of the vehicle at all. The paint job looked completely off and unprofessional. Despite this, I still paid the full amount. But I left very disappointed. I'm writing this review to warn others and to hopefully find a trustworthy place that can fix their mistake properly. Luxury cars deserve attention to detail -- unfortunately, I didn't find that here.

I called and described my situation and of course they could not give me a quote over the phone as they had not seen it so I brought it in later in the afternoon. As soon i they asked how they could help me the gentlemen who fielded my phone call remembered immediately who I was. I explained the chip and was concerned it was big enough it would have to be filled before painted. He came out to take a look and told me I could either have it touched up with paint or have the complete piece repainted. I suggested a touchup with an estimate that way if I was not happy with the touchup I knew how much it was going to cost to fully repair. He quickly worked up a quote that came out $700 less than what my boyfriend and I originally thought it would be...plus the quote is valid for 6 months! Unheard of. Now here it comes....the touchup. The assistant manager (AJ) at the front counter came in and asked me if the Jeep was mine. When I responded yes he told me he personally would just have it touched up as it was so small and in such a spot no one would ever be able to notice the touchup. The gentleman walked out with a bottle of touchup paint and applied it under a minute...I could barely noticed it seconds later! He then handed over the bottle of touchup paint to me! What...handed it over to me and told me to keep it. Excellent service with honesty and fairness for the customer. How can one go wrong with giving their business to this establishment?

It's winter time, and you're probably looking for an auto-body place to go to after a few slips,…read moreslides,and crashes. Keep looking, because this isn't the place. Tip Top was not my choice; I was referred here by my insurance company after I was T-boned by another driver. See photos of their work on my car. I was quoted $1,900+ to fix the back quarter dent and then to re-paint. When I got the car back, the paint job didn't look like it was completed and there was a definite line of demarcation between where they had polished and hadn't. It was as if they'd suddenly decided to stop polishing the paint job and weren't going to do anymore. The incomplete job looked like the car had a different back quarter, because of the difference in the paint job. When I asked them about it, they said there was nothing further they would do; that was all they promised for $1,900+. When I took the car to another auto body shop for their opinion, the other owner just shook his head and said that this was a sloppy job that no professional in his field would have done. Oh, and there was a still a faint visibility of the dent. The sloppy return of the car also had yellow tape still attached to the underside, as if Tip Top couldn't be even be bothered to properly remove all the tape and markers before returning the car to its owner. And it came two days later than promised (and no phone call to explain--I had to call them and ask, "So, what's up?") No reason at all to recommend this place. None.

We had some scratches on a back door and a good scrape on the front bumper. I went in and Joe looked it over, and he gave me two prices, best case and worse case. He said 2 to 3 days to fix. They fixed it in 2 days -- closer to the best case price, cannot even tell there was anything ever done -- looks just like brand new again -- Thanks Joe! BTW they also fixed the car when some guy backed into our bumper and made a real mess. They are reasonable, up front and do a great job. Don't be afraid to come here -- they will look after you "right"!! (BTW they are recommended by a number of insurance companies included TD Insurance -- maybe for a good reason!!! :-) ).

The company off of Warden would not even look at my car. He gave me the excuse he could not download the tpms update. They told me they could not even fix my tire or check my tpms. Why we went with them I have no idea. Then when the get your vehicle they say "Unfortunately, Audi gave us the wrong quote for the bracket we needed to order for your car" was followed up with "After giving the car a wash to get a better look with my tech, they will be needing more time to fix the extent of the damage. I apologize for underestimating the repair." They screw around with what is damaged and never make all the repairs in their quote, thus saving themselves money on parts. You continually have to check their quotes against others, wasting so much time and energy with their gamesmanship. If you're just looking to charge your insurance company as much as possible I would recommend their expertise. That's clearly what they are in business to accomplish.
