This auto body shop is the absolute best. Ask for Mike. Someone keyed my entire car and Mike fixed my car and made it look brand new. It was covered through insurance less the deductible and I was taken care of from beginning to end. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone who needs to fix their car after any type of damage. They also have their own fleet of rental cars and will provide you with a car the whole time your car is getting fixed. I pray I don't need to use them again because I want my car to look perfect forever but would always go back here for any auto body work needed on my car. I am extremely pleased with the results of my complete paint job on my Honda Civic 2008. I have been to this shop a few times in the past and was never disappointed , no repeat visits, very professional staff . I got my Mazda MX-6 re-painted in the past , complete body repair and the results 3 years later did not disappoint, money well spent ! I then sold the car and was able to get more then I expected due to the great condition of the body. I have also completed a few small mechanical repairs in the past and was extremely pleased with the customer service, time frame of the repairs and estimate was exactly as quoted and discussed. Because of my experiences in the past at North 7 I decided I must go back for my Honda. I was unsure if the car can be re-painted and repaired in new condition so I called and drove in , first thing was the estimate, to follow approx 2 days later my car was reviewed to ensure the estimate is indeed concrete , luckily the condition of my car was excellent except for a minor rust spot. We arranged a day and time to drop the car off and they proceeded with the job. I was told the ETA would be 2-3 weeks at the most as this was an older car and required detailed attention. The last thing I wanted was to rush the job. I received a call approx 12 business days later, I was asked if I wanted to go take a look at the car before the paint was applied as it was sanded down and repaired. I was impressed with the repair job. I inspected and asked questions , I also asked for a few small mechanic jobs while the car was in , I was given firm prices and proceeded with the painting and mechanical repairs , I expected a longer wait time now since I asked for a few extra's but to my surprise the owner himself called me approx 6 business days later and said the car is good to go I can pick it up . He gave me a time and was very prompt, in 15min my car was driven to the front of the building from the garage and WOW I was extremely impressed, clean inside/out , beautiful I felt like I was driving off with a new car . If you aren't a fleet vehicle, they do a lot of them here, then you are an after thought. They won't give you a ride to work if you drop your car off in the morning or pick you up when they are done. They aren't cheap either. The final straw for me was when I brought my car in to fix the AC and a week later had the problem re-occur. I was told that I wouldn't be serviced for 4 days (including the weekend). The issue obviously wasn't fixed the first time and to kick the can down the road like that is in extremely poor taste. If you aren't a company with a lot of vehicles don't come here. read more
