Sonny reached out almost immediately and gave us tips on how to get the car towed quickly and cheaply while he found the part last minute and ordered it even before he knew we'd show up. When we got the car towed to the shop he had the part in hand and he had the car running again in less than an hour knowing we had a concert to get to!!! The car needs more work than the broken part he replaced but he didn't try to upsell or scare us. He got us up, safely running, and told us what the best next steps would be to fully resolve the problem with our home mechanic. He also didn't rip us off! With the whole, urgent repair (including the part) only costing us $250 USD; less than online research had warned us to expect. The team in the shop were friendly and professional while the whole place had a wholesome, family vibe. I stumbled across Excella on Yelp and thought I would give it a try and send out a picture of my damaged car to get an estimate. From the very start, Sunny made my experience amazing. He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and fair with his estimate and willingness to work within my budget. We agreed on a price before the work was done and there were no surprising additional fees or anything, which I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. As a bonus, Sunny also had my car detailed, engine polished, exterior and headlights polished. What clinched it for me was taking my car in for Sunny and his team to review an provided his assessment on the work required to do the repairs. They were professional, detailed in terms of explaining what needed to be done, and patient with my questions. They did a really good job with removing the dents in my car and removing the scratches. I checked with a dealership and they were asking $1,300 plus tax even though I was a repeat customer and was already getting my 2018 Corolla LE CVT serviced.
